Evelyn was genuinely surprised when she received a phone call from Bella last night despite waiting for it. The teenager started by apologizing for disappointing the former during her previous visit.

Yet, Evelyn quickly dismissed it. There was nothing Bella should apologize about. She understood the reason behind the teenager's refusal.
