Around one hour ago, Evelyn finally emerged from her bedroom. She was simply donning a short-sleeved shirt and wide-leg denim pants but, a radiance aura replaced her previously gloomy mood.

A happy Evelyn thanked Leslie as soon as they met in the lounge on the first floor. Calliope was still napping in her room, allowing the two ladies to have a private chat.

"Do you think I implied something... by sending that link to you?" asked Leslie, her smile hinting at something conspiratorial.

Laughing at Leslie's remark, Evelyn returned her sister-in-law's smile with a sly look, "Oh? What do you mean by that? I don't understand ah."

Amused by Evelyn's reply, Leslie burst out laughing. The two ladies' giggles echoed in the lounge, adding merriment to the tranquil air around them.

Instead of talking about the cheating scumbag, Leslie and Evelyn chatted about the latter's previous works.
