Capítulo 202: Who Was the Pitiful Person

Leslie's curiosity about Calix's love life stayed as one. Even though he was an easygoing person, she had no intention of touching on the subject.

Even though Calix had one or two in the past, it might be a sensitive subject. Most people disliked recalling their previous romantic failures.

Perhaps, Leslie would ask Calix when they grew even closer than now. Or, if an opportunity arose in the future.

Leslie continued watching the news. She didn't realize twenty minutes had passed when Calix finally made his appearance in the lounge. She barely caught the sound of his car engine reverberating outside.

"Welcome home, Calix..." curling up her lips, Leslie shifted her eyes from the TV screen to the man, "Did you get stuck... in a traffic jam?"

Leslie's question was a simple one but, Calix chuckled as if he was entertained by it. Striding toward her, his fingers deftly unbuttoned the suit jacket before taking it off his body.
