Half on the shore and half in the water, "Thirteen Platforms of Divine Capital" has three located here, "Nine Towers of the West City," excluding Feijing Tower, also has three. The scholars and cultivators who gather above are often noble gentlemen, true transmissions of famous sects. Every day, countless people admire this elegant scene: a tranquil night over the lake, a gentle breeze around the high buildings. It's hard to see the dark sins hidden behind it all.
Behind this, lies the biggest business of the Taiping Canal Association.
Feijing Tower is at the end of the long riverbank street, further west lies a vast expanse of water. This area tends to be desolate, with no lights or boats crossing at night, and those who gather occasionally walk to the shore but only to return disinterestedly.
Because this body of water separates the crucial area for canal transportation, large ships coming through the canal can be seen moored on the western shore.
