Capítulo 9: Chapter 9 : Preparation for the Battle
While Kyle was thinking about his fight with dr.strange he heared a girl's voice calling him from behind
"Excuse me"
Turning back he saw a gorgeous lady with red curly hair, green eyes and a hourglass figure she was wearing a dark purple body suite with a green gem at the chest area
"I'm Starfire the one incharge of the kids you'll be training" she said with a confident smile
"Damn you're hot too" he couldn't understand why every female superhero is way more beautiful than most models from his previous life but This Starfire is a notch even above hawkgirl and black canary
"Ah...thanks I guess?" Although it was a rude remark she didn't bother to get angry at such small things
"Ahem..... anyways you're the 'star chick' right? so where are the brats i need to beat....i mean train!" Well Kyle's social skills aren't suddenly gona improve just because of a beautiful girl though
'what? Is he really the trainer?.... not some gangster!?' she thought
"It's star-f-i-r-e and these are the 'future super heroes' you need to train!" Starfire said suppressing her annoyance
Kyle ignored her 'corrections' and looked behind her
Behind her a bunch of teenagers were standing each with different expressions, with a quick glance Kyle was able to identify all of them
"Let me introduce them the boy in the black tshirt with S symbol is.."
"Superboy" Kyle stated before she could finish her sentence making her Little surprised but Kyle continued pointing at each one of them "miss Martian, kid flash, Artemis, Robin, wonder girl, beast boy, spoiler, thirteen and orphan"
"Did the ancient one gave you the students detail?" Starfire asked
'women I can literally see their names above their heads thanks to gamer system!' but not bothered to explain Kyle simply nodded
While Kyle was observing them each of the students were reacting differently to him... Beast boy grinned widely at him, kid flash waved his hands greeting him, Robin was analysing him, wonder girl greeted him with a smile, artimis and orphan had an indifferent look on their face, thirteen seems to be feeling awkward and finally super boy...
"Why are you starring at me like that boy?" Kyle aske sharply
"I'm a kryptonian! i don't like this idea of me being trained by a nobody like you!" Superboy scoffed
"Conner be respectful!" Starfire warned
"No offence but we had never even heard about a hero or villian with his name this nobody suddenly came out of nowhere and wants to train us? The one's who even fought the darkseid army!? Dream on" seeing Superboy's reaction Kyle had an amused smile he instantly appeared before Superboy and asked with a devilish grin
" Well I'm indeed a nobody then tell me 'oh great kryptonian~' why did you run off from the watch tower like a coward when your comrades were getting killed and raped "
At his blunt remark not just the teen superheroes even Starfire was startled
"Y..you!...what does a nobody like you even know!!" As if his sour spot has been touched Superboy threw a punch at Kyle's face....which was obviously caught by Kyle with one hand while he gently taped Superboy's chest with his other hand
Woosh* "Ahhhhhhhh!"
Unfortunately that tap had enough force to send him flying several dozen meter and crashed in to the wall
Everyone was stunned at how easily Kyle handled Superboy.... Starfire was the first to react
"Wait! They're just kids who went through traumatic experience.....how can you act like this to them!"
" Kids have no place in battlefield it's either kill or be killed if they don't even have the mental fortitude to handle this much.....then I'm sorry it's better they leave "
His statement made everyone angry Robin who was quite all this time snapped "so what if we run? Superman betrayed.....It was a surprise attack We had no other choice only by running away can we atleast avenge our comrades.....besides you have no right to criticize us have you ever fought any of darkseid's armies.....what would you have done if you were in our position!"
"Me? Well that's simple i would have ripped them into two halves just like i did with that wolf or dog guy"
'wolf guy? Who's that?...no more importantly did he just say he'll rip off all the darkseid's army!?'
This time Artemis got annoyed and decided to stop his bullshit
"Look here buddy i don't know who this wolf or dog guy is.....but darkseid's army is extremely powerful beyond belief the general who leads them is Steppenwolf if he was here you....!"
Plop*
Before she could finish speaking Kyle's raised his hand it deformed into pink slime and spit out a corpse with only it's upper body remaining
When the large alien looking body fell infront of them all of them backed away
"Hey what do you think you're doing?" The way Kyle was acting so far completely disappointed starfire when she decided to confront him....she heared wonder girl shouting
"No.....It's... Steppenwolf!!... it's Steppenwolf Wolf's corpses!!"
"No way! The general of Apokolips!?.....but how?"
Everyone including Starfire was stunned even Superboy who rushed back from broken wall to fight back stopped seeing Steppenwolf's corps
They just came so none of them had known about Kyle killing Steppenwolf
All of them could only look towards Kyle for explanation
Yes it's the Steppenwolf's upper half Although Kyle didn't see any benefits in absorbing Steppenwolf this guy is a new god meaning he's literally a concept...Kyle wanted to study his physique a little before he goes and absorb powerful new gods like darkseid or sky father in the future
"Oh that's the dog guy I was talking about it barked at me so i slained it!" He stated casually.... unfortunately the others couldn't comprehend what he was talking about
'dog? Barked?'
'so that dog guy was Steppenwolf all along?'
'wait! Didn't i also shout at him! Am i going to be slained too!'
Only silence filled the place....
Before they could recover Kyle looked at them sternly and said: "superman betrayed?, supprise attack? All of them are excuses you lost your friends and comrades because you're all weak! If you brats have any intention of surviving in this chaotic world then throw away your ego and listen to everything I say Do You Get IT!!"
All of them quickly nod their heads even Starfire nodded forgetting she's also an instructor....'this guy is way too scary!!'
Satisfied with their response Kyle decided to start his lesson "first all of yo...."
"Koriand'r.....is that you?" Before Kyle could finish his sentence he heared a familiar voice behind him
"Canary?" Being called her name Starfire rushed towards black canary and hugged her "how are you? it's been so long since we met!"
The other young justice members also rushed towards her after the watch tower incident they got separated and never met each other again they were glad one of their comrade hasn't died yet
"Huh?...guess that's it for today " he was planning on making them suffer a little as a punishment.....but seeing canary who was depressed all day now smiling happily he decided to let them go for now
"Sigh.....it seems I have become soft huh" shaking his head he decided to prepare for tomorrow's fight this is a rare chance to fight a top class sorcerer if possible Kyle wanted to attain super Saiyan form during this battle once he become a super Saiyan he can go after big players like darkseid, superman and Thanos...
'But before that i need to further level up my absorbtion to lv4'

[ Description: can absorb any organic and in organic matter store it inside the user's body and utilise it's powers/characteristics whenever needed ]
After reaching lv3 he was able to absorb almost all matter so if he level up further Kyle was sure he would be able to absorb all forms of Energy too
'if I can level up this skill to lv4' before tomorrow then my fight with dr.strange is a guaranteed victory '
After all magic also uses a type of energy the he could just absorb it all and make it his own
'hehe I want to see that street magician's face when I absorb all his spells!' thinking so kyle went to the training grounds and blasted a ki beam

Then he forced the ki blast to turn around and aim at himself.....Kyle didn't try to block the attack instead he used his absorbtion skill to try and absorb his ki

The result was a complete failure..... before he could even use his absorb skill he was alread scorched
'i need something less powerful and violent!' while Kyle was pondering he sensed two people coming towards him...it was black canary and Starfire
"Hey i heard you're going to teach those kids?"
"Seems to be the case...that Said blonde why the hell did you bring her I'm in the middle of training?" he doesn't have time for chit chat he was too busy trying to level up the absorption skill
"Don't be in a hurry you're going to fight dr.strange tomorrow right? Let us help you with the training" canary was already used to Kyle's rude way of speaking so she just ignored it
"And how did you know that?"
" Well apparantly someone spread the news and the whole kamar Taj is speaking about it now "
Kyle narrowed his eyes, it's propably that b*tch magik! Did she spread it to humiliate him thinking he would loose?
'hmph! It seems I need to spank that little bitch to obedience!'
"Let's say it's true what's the deal with her? Why is this hot 'starchick' here? I don't remember we being that close " Kyle asked looking at Starfire
To which she lowered her head without speaking anything although she was little awkward being called 'starchick'....
"Don't be rude! Her boyfriend nightwing was captured and turned into a parademon by Steppenwolf.... she's just just here as thanks for killing him" canary answered in her stead
"Nevermind i didn't do it for you" Kyle just dismissed her gratitude for the most part he didn't care what happened to the heroes before he came his deal with god is to protect as many superheroes as possible he can't do anything about the ones that already died..... then he looked at canary and asked in a sarcastic tone
"So blonde how are you and your hot friend going to help me? You're just weakling who can't even.....wait!.....weak? Yes that's perfect!" Kyle's eye's lit up he patted canary's back with a grin "good job blonde finally you made yourself useful by being weak ah! You too star chick!"
Both women's face twitched
'how rude!'
'did he just insult us in the name of complement!?'
Not caring about their annoyance Kyle jumped back and commanded "now both of you attack me with your superpowers"
Both the girls had no idea what this rude guy was planning but since they were annoyed the girls decided to vent it on him
"Oh gladly~" saying so both attacked
Black canary used her canary cry sending ultrasonic Sonic attack at Kyle
While Starfire used her 'starbolts' - it's her special ability she was able to absorb solar radiation and project it as energy blast even though Kyle called her weak she's actually pretty strong
As both these attack hit Kyle he activated his absorbtion ability to try and try and suck them inside his body
His body expanded and a pink slime covered both attacks and absorbed it into his body making both the women stunned but soon
Boom*
A huge explosion occured inside his body and Kyle blowed out out smoke with an annoyed expression "damn that hurts a little...hey starchick unlike the blonde you aren't half bad "
"first of all Are you okay? And what the hell were you trying to do just now?" Both women were more worried about Kyle to care about his statement even though they want to vent a little surely didn't want to hurt him
"Well i was just trying to level up my skill" both canary's Sonic attack and starfire's energy projectiles were both a form of energy and both are certainly less violent than his own ki blast so if he continued trying to absorb them using absorbtion skill then in theory he should be able to rise it level 4 and get the 'energy absorbtion' ability
"Anyways don't ask things you don't need to know just get back and start repeatedly attack me with everything you got "
Boom*
"Again!"
Boom* Boom* Boom* Boom* Boom* Boom* Boom* Boom* Boom* Boom* Boom* Boom*
"Again!"
"No... can't...we just...take a break....look canary is already standing there unconscious!!" Starfire screamed
" Until I get my skill to level up we are not going to stop! Go on continue!"
"You f*cking monster!!" She felt like both of them will die before kyle could level up his skill

In a chamber dr.strange was sitting in Lotus position and meditating but for some reason he couldn't concentrate scenes of his trauma were repeatedly going through his mind
[ "Banner stop! She didn't do anything wrong to you please let her go!"
Infront of strange was a tall green monster an extreme level of green radiation was emitting from his body his eyes were red there was only one emotion in it - Rage an uncontrollable sea of rage! Surrounding him were superheroes.....lot of them were lying on the ground either unconscious or dead.
In his hand was a beautiful woman who had a terrified expression on her face
"Why are you doing this! You already killed so many innocent people even your friends....why!?.....if you have Little shred of humanity left in you please stop! I'm begging you!"
Dr.strange who was injured and bleeding on his knees looked at hulk pleading to stop his massacre he didn't dare to attack as his lover was being held in his hands afraid of harming her
This wasn't supposed to be like this he was just going to propose to her the only person he ever fell in love with.....but somehow ina blink of an eye his world turned into hell the same person he once called a comrade and friend is now trying to kill his lover
"BANNER IS DEAD...ONLY HULK REMAIN"
the monster spoke and

He snapped her heck killing her
"Noooooooooo!" ]
dr.strange opened his yes

He was breathing heavily the incident of that day was haunting him ever since he couldn't even sleep at this point he already got used to this.....but this time the dream was little different...above the clouds and sky dr.strang was able so vaguely see a gargantuan figure looking down upon them and eerily laughing at them!
He couldn't identify who this person was but just looking at him sent a chill down his spine he instinctly know that this being is way more powerful than Thanos, darkside or hulk.....but who was it he could only see his laughter and spiked eye cage and a wierd bat like mask
Shaking his head dr.strange stood up 'it doesn't matter now, it's all in the past all I need to do now is to protect the world with everything i got'
He opened the door and called the attendant "wang open the treasury chamber i'll be taking all the artifacts and magic grimories "
The attendant narrowed his eyes "is it for tomorrow's battle? But do you really need to to take out everything for just fighting a newcomer even if he had defeated Steppenwolf this is going overboard?"
Dr.strange shook his head "don't underestimate him he's strong....but I'll show him what happens if you give as sorcerer time to prepare!"
The whole kamar taj was expecting the face off between their sorcer supreme and the warrior who easily killed Steppenwolf....
