I looked at it and felt, disappointed, other than that I really haven't learned anything.
But what was intriguing was golden hour, how do I activate it.
It looked too powerful, I only felt it once, I wonder if there is any rebound to it.
Nonetheless it has been a week and today is when I meet my two new teachers I'm sure I'll have more skills and techniques as time goes by.
They were at the training grounds already as instructed.
The Paladin's name was Gale, he didn't want to reveal his full name but he was excommunicated for excessively going to brothels, gambling and the like.
He was old and I wasn't surprised by it as long as you give him money he'll do what you want him to do
The Dark Mage's name was Tristan, he was a middle aged man and frankly he just wanted money for his research.
Other than that he accepted the job since his main hobby was teaching.
"I see the two of you are acquainted already."
"We are, I will speak for the two of us lest Gale offends the Young Lord."
Gale nodded and approved as he drank from the pouch he had on his hips.
"Frankly these two elements should be opposite and we are curious why the Young Lo-"
I showed them what I was capable of immediately, on one hand Light was radiating and on the other Darkness was.
Gale laughed and even Tristan had to readjust his glasses.
"Half of my salary can go to Gale, I just want to see how the Young Lord advances in this endeavour."
"I will advance pretty far."
"I will watch you grow, now what does the Young Lord want to learn first?"
"Gale, here you go."
Gale raised his eyebrows and soon he saw two pouches of gold thrown at him.
"Have youe way for two weeks but return immediately, for now I want to learn under Tristan."
"Alright kid, hey eyeglasses have fun."
Gale left and Tristan stayed behind, Noel immediately came forward and gave him my schedule.
"So aside from the afternoon and night you're busy."
"It depends whether Princess Lucia visits."
"I will keep that in mind, so what does the Young Lord wish to learn?"
"The basics, let's go to your office that I have prepared."
"Office?"
"Of course don't you mages need stuff like that? Of course there is a laboratory inside as well"
"I think a laboratory is too much but I accept it wholeheartedlyc, I will place my belongings by next week."
I nodded, as we were just about to leave A servant came in.
"Young Lord! Princess Lucia has come!"
"Lucia? She knows that she's not supposed to be here until tomorrow? Well."
I looked at Noel.
"Noel, please accompany Sir Tristan, I'll go and meet Lucia."
I left them and went straight to Lucia, when I arrived at the gardens she was already there sipping tea as usual.
"What seems to be the occasion."
I sat down, immediately her maid who I remember Maria poured tea for me as well.
"I'm sorry for arriving unannounced but there is a matter that needs your consent."
I raised my eyebrow wondering what would that be and why would she need my consent.
"As you know there's a yearly event that takes place, the meeting between the sons and daughters of officials."
"Ah."
"I know you haven't gone to the previous ones since you were training or healing from injury as your family says."
"I'll come, but why would you need my consent for?"
"I know this is a natural thing that should happen but I know you don't like things when you're not aware of it, so I'm asking you to be with me at all times."
"That's pretty easy, alright."
"Good, the event was supposedly be the announcement between our engagement but we're going to play it off as if we're friends"
"I get it, is there something else I should know?"
"Can you invite your siblings?"
"If they want to."
I just nodded, I didn't hate socializing, its just that its annoying even though I need to and its my first time.
Somehow I feel nauseous, right, why is it my first time attending these things?
A memory sprang up into my mind, it was My personal information, one that Taehyun had learned from the game.
I then heard his voice.
"So Alfred is a cold guy because of a trauma? He is OP because of it, apparently its because of his siblings huh, did this bastard had one?"
Shortly after I was alarmed, trauma? Cold guy? OP? What would those things mean.
Is something supposed to happen at this event.
"Is something wrong Alfred? You don't look so good."
"On second thought, can my siblings stay here?"
"If you wish I won't force the matter."
"So when is this event?"
"Three months from now, it will be held at the province of Listeria."
Listeria was a high end city, it was where the Academy was located, basically it was a bustling city that could even make its own territory if they wanted to.
Even my father was warry of the city, it was a good thing the Emperor took control over it and they're under the Empire rule.
As I remembered that, wait, could it be?
"I'll go but can I make some suggestions?"
"Yes?"
"Increase the security."
"You shouldn't worry about that but I'll tell my father."
"Please do, now that you're here, it'd be a waste for you to just come and tell me this, might as well spend our time together."
"Gladly."
Lucia nodded and we stood at the same time, we then walked together and talked.
I swear I could hear some of Lucia's maids whispering but I didn't mind.
