Damian was wide-eyed as he watched the doctor trying to save Fanny using a defibrillator, while Valerie was also in a panic, immediately embracing his arm.

"What happened to her?"

"One two three, go!"

With the help of a nurse, the doctor continued to defibrillate Fanny's heart until she finally started breathing again. They sighed in relief and quickly moved on to the next steps to ensure she was truly calm again.

'Her condition weakened... And earlier, Tristan, Karina, and I met in the elevator. Could Karina be behind all of this?' Damian wondered the sight he just witnessed adding to his conviction that Karina was suspicious.

Valerie immediately greeted the doctor as he was about to leave the room.

"Her heart stopped momentarily but now it's back to normal, but unfortunately, she hasn't come out of the coma yet," explained the doctor, a man with black-framed glasses.
