"I will save her… even if it kills me…" With this thought, Ivan got up and began to follow behind the way their pursuer ran, but then he noticed a small gun on the ground, probably owned by one of their pursuers. 

'During the run, it might have fallen,' Ivan thought as he picked it up. Opening the magazine, he noticed there were only two bullets left. He put them in his pocket and continued running after them.

Even after searching all evening, Ivan couldn't find either their pursuer or Elena. He realized that Elena had likely been caught. With this thought, Ivan headed back to the gang's hideout.

The hideout was an old, nearly broken-down building. The gang had about 50 members, though most were just normal people with level one or two abilities. However, the leader was a cultivator with 2-star bronze rank cultivation.
