This art would split my soul into two pieces, and each would be my own consciousness. I want to train it. I will be your Familiar."

"I'd rather not have a Familiar than lose you," Ethan's reply this time was cold. "This conversation is heading nowhere. Come give me a kiss instead and drop the matter."

She didn't fall for the allure. 

"Ethan, you are a fucking dumbass!"

Ethan didn't get it.
