Capítulo 4: Chapter 4 - Dimensional Group Chat

*Ring, ring* "Hello, this is Raito Yagami speaking." A handsome young man answered the phone whilst at his desk, seemingly doodling in a sketchbook.
"It's me, young master." A feminine voice answered on the other end, holding an undeniable charm that would make many boys and men alike excited, especially with how she addressed him.
But this young man seemed different, he kept his indifferent face and there was no visible reaction from him, showing his superiority to many young teenagers alike.
"Oh, it's Mei huh? What do you want? I'm busy at the moment so make it quick." He replied in an inpatient tone, one that displayed his brazen attitude.
"Certainly Young master, I'm just calling you to inform you that we're ready to launch Kira's Wealth Management. Whenever you say the word." The Charming lady responded in a tone of reverence, clearly very devoted to this young man, Raito Yagami.
"How many times have I told you that you are in charge of this project, I have trust in your judgement, so you don't need my permission. Just send me an overview monthly, and I'll review it. But remember, if your performance isn't satisfactory you can always be replaced." Raito retorted in a domineering tone, displaying both a gentle and vicious side at the same time.
"I'll be sure not to betray the young master's trust! I just thought that a decision this big should be made by you, but I realise my mistakes now. Ah, another thing I wanted to talk to you about is your upcoming admission into high school young master." Mei ended the conversation in a worried tone, reminiscent of how a mother worries for their child.
"What about it?" Raito asked curiously, not expecting a further conversation.
"Well umm, it just... Are you sure you want to enrol 'there'? I've been doing some research on it and the school is more than it seems, I just worry that something might happen to the young master." The image of a girl playing with her fingers nervously comes to mind, something very different from the previously mature and motherly voice.
"Do you doubt my capabilities, Fujiwara?"
"NO! I mean, of course not. Master is the smartest person alive. It's just, at the moment you've just started, and the high school you picked, well it's just... the heiress of The Hundred Devouring Families is currently the student council president there." A panicked scream emitted from the phone, followed by her incessant ramblings, trying to justify herself, but not very well.
"I know, why else would I go to high school, it's not like I need to. But when something catches my interest I just can't help to follow it, you're a prime example of this, aren't you? I'm going to Hyakkauo Private Academy, and that's final. Now I've got to go, talk to you later."
"Yes young master, talk to you later. I love you-" He hung up the phone before she could finish, impatient to get back to his drawings.
He started whispering to himself, the only words loud enough to hear were, "Just the finishing touches." "just chapter 58 left to complete and the story will be over" and "Okay, finally I'm done."
He let out a sigh of release and laid back in his chair, leaving the thing he was working on resting on the desk. And if one were to look at it, they'd see a manga panel, surprisingly well drawn. Another talent Raito has displayed. This manga panel depicts a man in a graveyard, he has an ecstatic smile on his face and a deranged look in his eyes. The words alone were enough to give many goosebumps.
"What do you think of that L! That's right, this is my perfect victory. That's right, I WIN!"
Next to this manga panel, there are 6 completed volumes of this manga, and all share the same name written on the spine. The words 'DEATH NOTE' written in a bold and creepy font jump out at you, the design is somewhat basic but it gets the job done.
-POV change-
'I feel like I can finally move on, finishing the story with a satisfying ending feels so much better. And now I can start a new story in this new world. The only question now is if I should publish this. It could be a convenient excuse for how I have so much money, seeing as only me and Mei know about my involvement with the business.
Hahahaha, now that I think about it I, Kira God of the new world, has become a businessman. I'm sure L would find this hilarious,*sigh*'
As I was reminiscing, something I thought I wouldn't do when I finally completed Death Note, an object caught my attention out of the corner of my eye.
"A... Smartphone? But this seems a lot more advanced, the rate of improvement is incredible, but not this incredible." Just looking at it, it blows my Samsung Galaxy S4 out of the water, and that's the newest and most popular phone at the moment.
(Author note: I'm not sure if I've previously mentioned but he arrived the same year he died, 2010. So the year is now 2013. Also in Japan in 2013 the most popular phone was Samsung Galaxy S4 and the Apple iPhone 5 was second place.)
Deciding to inspect it, I picked it up and looked for where the buttons were and what features it had. The thing that caught my attention immediately was the cameras on the back. A total of 3, a circle for what I assume is the flashlight and another black circle that I don't have any clue what it does. The size was around 6 by 3 inches, whilst still being slim. The colour was pitch black, meaning if I didn't have my lamp light on I wouldn't be able to see it.
(Imagine iPhone 15 but with no branding and a lot more durable.)
Whilst I was checking to see what the buttons did the screen suddenly lit up, startling me and almost making me drop the phone. I quickly checked the screen and the words that I read left me both surprised and ecstatic. A smile spreads from ear to ear.

Hello, I just wanted to know if you dislike the 3 year time skip as soon as he arrives.
I can do a recap chapter or what I was planning to do, which is reveal prices of what happened in those three years when necessary. Like in one piece.
