According to the Goddess of Taming, the cows will stay in the area for around 2 weeks before they move to another place. 2 weeks is plenty of time for Elaina to prepare for reigning the cows to her farm.

"[Don't be such a worrywart. I am in charge of this matter with Elaina doing the deed of taming the cows. I can assure you that even Elaina will find no trouble in taming and bringing them back here on the farm. Besides, I will be supervising this one as I wanted to have a good look at these wild cows and how they behave. They can be vital to my experiments as well.]"the Goddess of Taming immediately gave her reasons.

"[You better be. We didn't put down those rules just for Elaina to break it and get the twins in trouble.]"
