Capítulo 39: Mistress

Hermione strode away, furiously. Her teeth chattered in her mouth, jaws clenching as she felt cold nipping at her skin.

She was oblivious to her nudity, as her clothes had stuck to her body, revealing her curves. Her damp hair had come to frame her face.

She heard Lloyd's voice from behind, calling out to her and asking her to wait. She shook her head, she shouldn't go to meet him.

'What if he has an explanation?' Cherry questioned, wanting to convince Hermione to return to her mate.

The strong-headed woman wasn't convinced. She told herself that killing her was what he always wanted, as he despised her. With that thought in mind, Hermione continued to quicken her pace. She wrapped her arms around her body to keep herself warm.

"Hermione!" She heard his voice for the last time, sounding condescending. He seemed to have caught up with her.

Also, she noticed that he didn't call her 'Princess' like he did before. He called her by her name.
