Capítulo 311: False Freedom

Luca had been comfortable for far too long. 

The alpha stood in front of a mirror in a foggy bathroom he took a shower in. He was getting dressed in the same clothing he had worn the day he was arrested.

He buttoned up his white shirt, covering the layers of bandages across his midsection. Those were scars he would have to live with.

After all, they were his ticket out of jail.

Somehow, Serena had all of his belongings but all he was allowed to keep was his clothing. His wallet, outside of cash, was completely useless for him. His phone had to be thrown away and deactivated. 

He felt strangely blocked from the outside world.

Serena said there were a few leaks that something happened to him in jail but nothing had been confirmed yet. She assured him that it would only look like rumors. 

He needed to escape before things heated up. 

Unfortunately, the progress was slower than he could have ever expected.
