Councilman Kieron, the rest of the High Council, disregarding Ataz, and Elara started a meeting quickly after that. The Black Witch was invited and arrived just a minute before it began, apologizing and explaining she was elsewhere for the entire thing.

Kieron spoke calmly, maintaining his emotions "The Desugan Force was specifically designed to counteract all of Satoru's abilities we know, all his hand-to-hand combat capabilities and any in general.
