Capítulo 3: Practical exam 2
Rumbling shook the Battle center, followed by tremors. One after the other sounded out along with a loud whirring of tracks turning, crushing the concrete ground beneath it. Suddenly a goliath bot hoved into view before Denki.
Its giant upper body complete with long arms and blocky fingers the sizes of small buses.
Its head a great rectangle with multiple glowing red lights for eyes, glaring down on all before it like a god of destruction surveying a bloody battlefield. The outcome already certain in its beady eyes, its tracks pushing it forward to the certain demise of any who dare to get in its way. The tall building dwarfedby its sheer magnitude as it inched it way forward.
A rogueish smile played on Denki's lips as he stared down the behemoth in front of him. "Now this looks like fun."

As the Arena Trap appears all of the students turn tail and run away from the colossal robot, either due to panic or because its destruction won't provide them any points. The scared Izuku begins to crawl away in fear, desperate to find at least one robot with points to smash, getting even more nervous when he hears the announcement that there are less than two minutes left until the test ends.
Then he hears a voice behind him. When he turns around he sees Ochaco, the girl who was kind to him at the entrance, trapped underneath the debris. She struggles against the weight as the robot moves closer and closer, but it's obvious she isn't gonna make it before the villain bot will crush her.
Izuku, the ever scared boy, turns without thinking and runs directly for her.
Seeing Ochaco in danger is when Izuku displays his heroic nature. Ignoring his lack of points, Izuku doesn't hesitate to rush to her aid. With One For All coursing through his legs, Izuku takes a huge jump all the way up to the robot's head. Recalling All Might's advise about how to use his Quirk, Izuku conjures the power of One For All in his right arm destroying the giant in a single, powerful smash. In the process though he ended up destroying himself as he fell..

"BWAHAHAHAHAA, YES YOUNG MIDORYA, THAT'S IT SHOW YOU HEROIC SPIRIT!" All Might practically screams out as he watches the monitor showing Midorya with rapt attention.
The rest of the faculty in the control panel also show smiles while they applaud the selfless act of the young and timid boy before them. The boy had yet to get a single point and yet he was willing to waste his last chance to save another from harm, truly a hero in the making.
All but one member who was glued to a different monitor, before suddenly chuckling quietly to himself. Although it was quiet, all the others heard it, changing their focus to the large, smartly dressed mouse.
"Congratulations on your succeccor All Might, however, it seems he will not be only one to show off what you call a heroic spirit."
As Nezu finished he turned his attention back onto the monitor he was previously watching.
Suddenly, all other faculty members eyes changed to that same screen, even the worried All Might who just moments ago was a mixture of pride and worry for Midorya. His student had managed to show he was a true hero but at the cost of his arms and legs.
Though seeing recovery girl on the scene and that Midorya was recooperating now he breathed a sigh of relief before turning to what Nezu was interested in, a smile still plastered firmly upon the unusual Principle.

"Hmmmm, strong but slow, a classic brute type huh." Denki analysed from a distance as raced from rooftop to rooftop, never touching the ground. "Makes sense I guess, villains do tend to be big brutes, all the strength and no brains to use it properly, haha." Denki laughed to himself as he chased after the Goliath.
Closing in on it, he sees the destruction it was leaving in its wake, buildings toppled with ease as it rolled forward streets not wide enough to contain its size. Students trapped in the debris field and overs not fast enough to escape its path after the injuries they'd sustained through the trial.
Seeing the sheer panic on these bruised and beaten faces, Denki decided to change his tactics. Quickly releasing short sharp zaps at the big beast, he fought for its attention. Feeling these bursts of electrical current wreaking havoc with its circuits the 0 pointer's massive head scanned its surroundings, stopping its relentless pursuit of the wounded.
Denki didn't let up, seeing his plan was working he upped the zaps so they might actually cause some stalling in any area it hit.
Soon the behemoth saw the annoying bug that was messing with its processors, turning around to give chase after it, intent on swatting him down.
Denki shot ahead at incredible speed to make some distance, not forgetting to keep its attention on him.
Finding a clearing up ahead in an empty street junction Denki stops upon the tallest building yet again as he stops kiting the giant before him, still some distance away but chewing up the meters at a rapid pace.
"Okay, maybe 20 seconds at most before this thing catches up. Damn it moves fast when its pissed off." Denki thought aloud as he took deep calming breaths to regain control over his mind.
Large amounts of electricity gathers around him, forming a large aura of yellow destruction, scorching the very ground and lighting up the sky a brilliant gold.
After each inhale, more electricity forms around him. Each exhale he pushes it down to his hands. Extending out his hands, he imagines a large lightning rod taking shape, one that would make zues himself jealous at its beauty and devastating might.
Slowly the lightning takes shape before him, deadly and awesome all in one. Arcing majestically off everything in its surroundings like dancing lights of golden yellow, but one that can burn you to a crisp faster than your pain receptors can even feel it.
The 0 pointer had managed to close the distance between them, but Denki was unfazed as an arrogant smirk crossed his features. Leaping hish into the air like an eagle taking off, denki raised his lightning spear.
The air screeched as it ionized under the heavy electricity but nothing could affect Denki's focus as he flew at the 0 pointers chest.
The metal melting before the spear tip could even tear through it, cicuits exploding in a magnificent chain of destruction, racing down the entirety of the giant bot as its processors were fried to ashes.
The 0 pointer was no more.
In one fell swoop Denki had taken out what for all others had been a nightmare in metal clothing, with clean efficiency.
The bots massive body screeched in pain as it slowly tipped backwards, careening towards the ground. Denki quickly stuck his feet to the metal of the bot, as it fell in a catastrophic manner.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!
Dust flew up everywhere as the entire city block was covered, blocking all from being able to see the aftermath. During the time Denki had been kiting the 0 pointer, many who were too injured or simply tired to fight had followed after, wondering what was going on.
No one had expected such an amazing display of power from another student, matching the control and strength of even some pros!
Yet they had witnessed the carnage his spear had caused, seen the multitude of explosions up and down the behemoths metal body and the fall of the once mighty and indestructable 0 pointer.
As the dust settles, they all witness Denki stood atop the imposing corpse of the once powerful bot. A look of complete and utter serenity, as if this were no big deal, across his face. Then he calmly made his way down leaping from the remains of the 0 pointer down to the smashed concrete streets.
All watched with opened mouthed awe.

Silence... complete and utter silence prevailed the control room as all members watched the magnificent display of the blonde haired teen. Nothing could have prepared them for this, this level of talent and prowess.
In all their years at U.A. they had barely seen anyone deliver such a terrifying blow, but the truly scary part was not the strength of the attack.
No there were many students with strong quirks that could deliver powerful blows, none though had ever shown such mastery over their quirk this early on.
"Hmhmmhmhmm." Nezu's charming laugh rang out in the stillness. "You continue to suprise and impress, Denki." He spoke aloud. All Might, picking up on the familiarity Nezu spoke with, piped up. "You kniw this young man, Nezu? Who is this young and powerful upholder of heroism!?" He asked
Nezu turned to look each person in the eye, excitement and mischief glinting in his own. "This is Denki kaminari, he was offered a special recomendation but turned it down, he never told me the reason but now it seems clear." He paused allowing the faculty to digest his words, as well as purposefully wonding them up by withholding the reveal.
"Well Principle Nezu?" Someone piped up. "Hmm well what? Nezu answered back acting oblivious. Well used to his antics, toshinori decided to put an end to it. "Why did he refuse the recomendation?" He asked yet another question.
"Isn't it obvious?" Nezu bit back mischeviously. "He wanted to test himself against all the others and our exam hmhmmhmmhm" he laughed yet again as the others all deadpanned. 'Really?! He refused it just for that? And now he jas destroyed so many of Nezus bots...' was the prevailing thoughts as no one could comprehend the point.
"You're missing the obvious again..." Nezu rang out with pure joy, much to everyone else fustration. "This wasn't a waste for him, he got to finally see where he stacks up against his peers." Nezu explained "A truly remarkable work ethic, always testing himself and trying to understand where his current strength lies." Nezu praised as he watched Denki leave the Battle Center, having recieved not even a single scratch on his clothes.
