Capítulo 108: Chapter 108: The Cemetery 2

Here I was, standing in front of the place where Shawn's father was buried. I would have never expected Shawn to bring me here, maybe he has a reason.

"This is…."

"My father's grave." He crouched on his heels to drop the flowers. I wish Shawn had given me some warning. I felt odd coming here empty handed. 

"Come here." Shawn gestured. Awkwardly, I got onto my knees right next to Shawn, my dark grey fitted gown protecting my knees.

"His anniversary is in a month's time." Shawn mentioned. This piece of information intrigued me.

"Oh…It must have been tough." I responded, not really knowing what to say. I was wondering if Shawn brought me here only for a quick stop, or perhaps he has something in mind.

"Losing the people closest to us is very painful especially when you're the cause of their death." I was quite shocked at what Shawn just mentioned. What does he mean? But I knew he'd soon tell me, at least I hope he would.
