The duo came inside only to see Ethan's grandma waiting for them.
"Good evening, granny," Ethan greeted, pecking her on the cheeks.
"Where you waiting for me?" He asked. "Yes, dear. I was waiting for you," she said, smiling lovely at her grandson before turning to Sharon. She frowned and gave Sharon a scrutinizing look as she huffed.
"Let me make this clear to you. Even if you are my grandson's wife, don't expect me to be nice to you. I would never accept you to be part of us. Just stay here peacefully and mind your own business for your own good," she said before leaving.
"Come, I'll show you to your room," Ethan said, leading the way as Sharon followed him.

"Let me guess, this is your room?" she asked as he entered.
"was it meant to be your father's room?" he asked as she rolled her eyes and entered.
Sharon stood there, watching him take off his tie and watch, placing them on the table. He then turned to see her standing there, feeling out of place.
"What are you doing standing over there?" he asked as she felt annoyed.
"I'm waiting for you to come and show me my room. I mean, that's why I followed you in the first place," she answered as Ethan chuckled.
"look, I know I said I have patience for senseless people, but maybe I should cut down on the patience part," Ethan said as Sharon narrowed her eyes.
"That's insulting," Sharon said as he smiled.
"It is good because it was meant to be," he said.
Sighing, he looked at her again, "if I said I was going to bring you to your room, what else did you think I meant? This is your room," he said as she snickered.
"What again?" he asked.
"Are we going to share the same room?" she asked.
"What did you think?" he asked back as she kept her mouth shut. "Make yourself comfortable, and I hope you're a clean person because if you're not, you can be rest assured that you would be sleeping in the hallway. I'll make sure of that," Ethan said, leaving.
"Who does he think he is?" Sharon asked, sitting on the bed as she sighed.
"Once again, I'm all alone by myself," she said, thinking back to her encounter with Ethan's grandma
********************************************************It was night time, and Sharon sat all alone and hungry in Ethan's large room. She sighed as her stomach grumbled; she was really starving.
"I hope I haven't been left alone and forgotten," she thought, and immediately a knock was heard.
Opening the door, Sharon saw a made standing there.
"Good evening, ma'am. Dinner is about to be served. Please come downstairs," she said, making Sharon nod.
"Thank you, but do you have any idea where Ethan could be?" Sharon asked as the maid smiled.
"He's in his study, ma'am," she answered, showing Sharon the directions to get there.
"Okay, thank you very much," Sharon said as the maid smiled and left.
"Thank God. I can finally eat," she said happily, closing the door to go looking for Ethan.
Sharon knocked on Ethan's study before peeking her head in.
"Dinner is ready, Mr. Lancaster," she said, smiling.
"When did you turn into the maid?" Ethan asked as she rolled her eyes and entered.
"I was just saying. No need to be rude," Sharon said as Ethan dropped the file he was holding and gave her a once over. It was only then she remembered that she was wearing Ethan's t-shirt, barely covering her legs. Dragging the hem of the shirt, she became shy.
"Sorry, I couldn't find anything else to sleep in. So, I had to wear this," she said.
"No need to explain. It's not like you're that attractive," he said, going back to what he was doing.
"I'll have you know that I'm beautiful with a nice shape," she said, folding her arms.
"So, you're here to seduce me, then?" Ethan said, looking at her.
"Seduce you!" Sharon scoffed. "Ethan Lancaster, get over yourself. I wouldn't do that even if you were the last man standing," she said as he went back to his work.
"What do you want?" he asked.
"To talk to you," she replied.
"Talk? That's what you've doing," he said, not even sparing her a glance.
"Serious talk," she said.
"Get to the point. I don't have the whole day," he said signing some paper.
