After understanding the situation, Kenji, along with a team of ten, headed to the Horn family's ancient castle for a rescue operation but was blocked by the parasites outside the building.

These parasites, unable to cross over the bodies of their companions, circled around the castle, searching for food.

Kenji shot one of the parasites and pulled up a man whose leg had been half-eaten. Recognizing the man's face twisted in pain, Kenji's exceptional memory told him that this man was a wanted criminal by the Alliance and a space pirate.

He grabbed the man's throat and asked coldly, "How many parasites are there?"
