Isabelle stood with her hands on her hips. Tenshi had kindly melted away the snow which had built up on her balcony during the blizzard, and so she could stand upon it and look out at the city.

While the efforts were still underway to excavate the town and the trapped villagers, the days hadn't gotten any warmer since the wind and snow stopped howling, and so...

It looked rather dire.

"Surely...surely it won't kill them all..." she murmured to herself. "They're...they'll make it. They'll be okay. Everyone will survive this..."

Supplies had been dispersed before the blizzard arrived. It would have been nice to have an extra day of preparation, but the blizzard hadn't lasted as long as they expected it to, either.
