Hazel Kramer looked innocently, "It's just a pretense, not for real."
"Of course, if you really want to, it's not impossible, especially now that you're divorced, right?"
"Sigh."
She heaved a long sigh, half-jokingly saying, "I don't have someone I like anyway, so if you want to marry me, it's not out of the question."
"Well, if that's the case, you can take charge of the outdoor affairs and I'll handle the indoor ones. You can continue being Lord Cole, and I'll control the Kramer family. We'd be a powerful alliance, wouldn't we?"
"Now that you mention it, joining forces doesn't sound too bad."
"Why don't you just succumb to me then?"
Hazel Kramer pulled William Cole onto her ride, pouncing onto the leather sofa in the back seat.
The woman was nearly on top of him, a faint scent of perfume wafting over.
All William had to do was lower his head for a full view, and she was even wearing stockings, her straight, slender legs full of allure.
