More than a hundred gang members, wielding watermelon knives, charged forward, reminiscent of scenes from Hong Kong movies in the 90s.
William Cole didn't expect that on this trip to Hong Kong, he'd get to experience this firsthand.
However, William wasn't afraid. It was clear that these gangsters hadn't been trained in martial arts; they just recklessly hacked away with their watermelon knives. He could handle them on his own.
"Clang——"
William picked up a folding Chair and started wildly attacking the incoming gangsters.
The first dozen or so were beaten until they spat blood, and their watermelon knives slipped from their grasp.
Despite this, the other gangsters didn't retreat. Instead, they fought more fiercely, charging at him as if they didn't care for their lives.
"Be careful, William!"
Ruth Dawn shouted out. A gangster, taking advantage of William's distraction, used a bar's sofa as cover and attacked him from behind.
