At four in the afternoon, Green Dragon pulled over near the university town to stop by a local cafe.
The place wasn't high-end, but it wasn't cheap either. The decor had a tasteful vibe to it.
After dropping off William Cole, Green Dragon left to handle some affairs of the Northern China Business Association and to send an invitation to Ruth Dawn on the way.
William Cole entered the coffee shop alone and noticed a few foreign men with dreadlocks seated inside.
There were also a few girls who looked neatly dressed, their faces radiated the innocence of first love.
The group was loud and merry, as one of the foreign lads was cracking jokes in broken Chinese.
With a frown, William Cole ignored them, found a corner to sit down, and ordered a pot of tea to savor and digest the situation.
"A pot of the finest Oolong, please."
Although William Cole's voice wasn't loud, it caught the attention of the foreign men.
