Capítulo 15: Moment
Hunter began to regain consciousness, as he slowly opened his eyes he saw someone walking towards him.
"Zee... is th-that you?"
The figure picked up a sword off the ground that had belonged to a fallen guard. His walk was relaxed and had short strides. As he was approaching Hunter who was still very much disorientated his appearance became more visible, because of all the fighting more moonlight had been let in through the cracked and broken palace walls. He had on a long black cloack that covered him head to toe, a mask over his face and even gloves.
"You know, when I was told my mission might involve a run in with this realms finest I really got excited...but you were as easy as all these other commoner knights"
"Now grovel"
The man was now standing over Hunter, he raised the sword and thrust it back down stabbing him in the shoulder, twisting and moving it all around. Hunter...did not have the reaction he was expecting infact Hunter put his bare hand onto the blade and squeezed his grip pulling it out of his shoulder while the figure was still trying pushing it down displaying the difference in their strength.
"Compared to the training my Vice Priest put me through, this a fucking flesh wound"
Hunter let go of the sword allowing the man to stab him again and once more he had no reaction to the pain.
"I'm going to give you another chance to give up"
The man took a step back in disbelief.
He became frustrated as to how Hunter can make such remarks in his dire situation.
He held the sword high again, this time aiming for the head.
"You boys started again without me? that's not very gentleman like"
Hunter started laughing, he would recognize that sarcastic tone even if he was deaf.
"Damn Zee you ruined the moment"
