Capítulo 30: Chapter 28

After staying in the garden for an hour listening to the teen and doing what he was supposed to do, Zach returned to the mansion for breakfast.

His stomach rumbled once as he walked because it was past his mealtime. 

Upon stepping on the pavement of the front porch, he was greeted by Kai who was about to look for him. "Good morning sir, madam is looking for you."

"Where is she?"

"In her bedroom, sir."

"Has she eaten?"

"She's not in the mood sir, maybe later."

Kai glanced at his wristwatch. His long lashes stood out as he did. "Can we go now, sir? Madam is waiting."

"Alright"

Zach climbed the stairs at his pace. Then he gradually pushed himself to break through from his baby steps, but he still rested when his body signaled he's pushing too hard.

Seeing this, and knowing his condition, Kai followed behind patiently.

Once they reached Sonia's room, Zach fumbled for the knob and opened the door.
