Capítulo 21: Strategy

"So... you're really... pregnant?" Airi's face appeared on the video call, her expression one of profound confusion, almost like that of someone with senile dementia.

"Yep." Hana sat cross-legged, one hand resting on her flat stomach and the other propping up her chin, waiting for her old friend to collect her thoughts.

Airi let out a surprised "oh my," then suddenly said, "Well, your child is going to be even younger than my grandchildren!"

Hana replied, "What of it? Your son is older than me anyway."

Airi just went silent.

Airi made a couple of jokes with Hana, then her expression turned complex as she sighed and said, "Actually, your family's concerns about Jun make sense. Are you sure you want to have a child at this time?"

Hana laughed, "Have I ever regretted any decision I've made from childhood to now?"
