The two thought that Director Lim, like many others in the entertainment industry, he had a weakness for beautiful things and let his impulses take control of him.

The two still believed this until today. However, after witnessing the looks that Director Lim was sending towards Avery, as if he were struggling to accept a bitter pill, they were certain that Director Lim remained the same man: cautious and stern.

"Enough!" Director Lim exclaimed, glancing at the two individuals, who immediately fell silent. "If you're finished laughing, let's return to the topic and discuss our issue."

Avery had to nod in agreement with his words. She had been standing in that room for a few minutes, and her feet were beginning to grow tired and itchy. However, one stern look from Director Lim halted her nod mid-action.

'Okay, this director is rather grumpy,' Avery thought.
