With everything on track, even Kevin and Welt were persuaded by Luo Mo and agreed to make 'friendly' guest appearances in game.
The game, Honkai Impact III, was about to launch a major update, after a 'long' hiatus. The players were eagerly waiting for the new features and challenges.
The next day, Luo Mo and Su Luo were busy at work. They were in charge of the game's promotion and marketing. They had to update the game in phases, starting from today.
"Are you ready for the PV, Su Luo?" Luo Mo asked, without looking up from his paperwork.
"Yes, I am," Su Luo replied, sitting next to him. "We have also selected the best anchors for the live stream. They will test the game and show the audience how amazing it is."
"Good. " Luo Mo nodded and said, "Let's do it."
They uploaded the new version of the promotional video, which showcased the game's stunning graphics, exciting gameplay, and captivating story. The video quickly went viral, attracting more and more people to Honkai Impact III.

A calm and mature female voice narrated on the dark screen, before Kiana's image flashed on the screen.
She was in a futuristic city, where chaos and war raged on. Honkai beasts, the enemies of humanity, were attacking the innocent people. Kiana stood in front of them, ready to protect them.
"What if you are the last hope,"
"But you can't save anyone you love."
She wielded two guns, but her body was unstable. She kept shifting between different forms, including her old schoolmate Fu Hua and her worst nightmare - the Herrscher of the Sky.
Her body was scarred by battles, and her eyes were tainted by gold. She was losing control of herself, becoming the very thing she hated.
She clutched her head, trying to resist the voice inside her.
"Kiana, will you save them?"
A few feathers fluttered, and Fu Hua's shadow appeared briefly.
At last, Kiana regained her composure. She straightened her back and looked ahead with confidence. She was no longer the naive student she used to be.
[ Teacher Himeko… ]
[We will fight for our future together.]
She murmured, with a mix of sorrow and gratitude. She gripped her guns, more resolved than ever.
As the voice grew more passionate, her outfit changed once more. She had long white hair flowing down her back, blue and gold eyes shining brightly, and a simple gray-black combat suit. A starry pattern adorned the small cape behind her.
Her right leg was covered by a black stocking, and her left thigh had a black band around it. The asymmetry added to her charm.
She ran forward, as if nothing could stop her.

"Kiana is really strange..." Mei sighed, looking at the figure in the pv.
"Hey, Mei, aren't me handsome?" Kiana poked her head out from above her shoulders and said it with a familiar smile on her face.
"No, I prefer the lively Kiana now."
"Really? I think I look awesome in some of the scenes!" Kiana said, making a gun shape with her right hand and pointing at the Honkai Beast on the screen.
Luo Mo finished his work and joined them to watch the released PV. He had mainly featured the Sky Ranger and the Herrscher of Reason in the video.
"Hey, boss, you think she handsome too." After doing the childish actions, Kiana said it with the same silly smile as always.
"she(you) will be even more handsome in the future!" Luo Mo chuckled, and then let all players download the game.
"Wow, really? Is that me with the high ponytail in the PV??" Kiana's eyes sparkled. She lifted her hair with her hands, trying to copy the Herrscher of Flamescion's hair accessory, and spun around.
"Ha ha, no, Kiana, you're nothing like her!" Mei said, holding Kiana's hands to stop her.
"Fine, Mei… I was just trying to see what I did wrong. My mom never said I was good enough at home…" Kiana pushed Mei, sounding unhappy.
"Stupid Kiana has a long way to go," Bronya said.

The video continued, and a massive metal arm appeared next to the small Bronya.
She had wavy hair that was tied up in four coils behind her head. She wore a blue and white dress that looked graceful and refined.
A sparkling sapphire adorned her chest, and a white patch on her thigh stood out.
[Our promise… ]
[Bronya, I will always remember it! ]
She was talking, not knowing who she had made an agreement with, and her eyes were full of determination to win.

"Is that really you, Sister Bronya?" Seele asked, staring at the video of Bronya operating the enormous metal arm. She felt a surge of longing in her eyes.
"Yes, Seele, and the promise Bronya mentioned is the one we made together."
Bronya squeezed Seele's hand and said confidently.
"Um… Sister Bronya, we shouldn't do this in front of everyone." Seele blushed, feeling embarrassed. She hid behind Bronya, with steam coming out of her head.
"Ahem——" Bronya noticed Kiana, Mei, and Luo Mo watching them. She cleared her throat and said,
"Bronya is just very happy to see Seele again. This is how sisters show their affection. Bronya… never lies! "
"Really, Bronya? Did you lie to us?" Luo Mo teased, raising his eyebrows and smiling wickedly.
"Hmph… Boss, you know Bronya in the video is a Herrscher, right?" Bronya said, sounding certain.
"Sister Bronya is a Herrscher?" Seele gasped, shocked.
"Yes, she is the Herrscher of Reason." Luo Mo nodded and confirmed.
"It seems that all the Herrschers have longer hair, a new outfit, and weird markings on their eyes. Bronya noticed that the Herrscher of the Sky, the Herrscher of Thunder, and Seele in the game looked like that. Is that a coincidence?"
Bronya explained her observations and gave examples to support her claim. It was a logical argument.
"Wow, wow, wow." Luo Mo applauded and praised, "You're right!"
"Never mind that for now. Bronya has another question: aren't the Herrschers supposed to be the disasters of Honkai Impact? Why are the three main characters in the game all Herrschers?"
Bronya tilted her head and looked at Luo Mo with curiosity.
"Well, we're not much different ourselves," Luo Mo said, rubbing his head with his fingers, and then pointed at Mei and Seele.
"Don't you have many Herrschers around you?"
Bronya and Kiana counted, the two next to them, and Wendy in their class. And Kiana suspected that her sister Sirin was actually the Herrscher of the Sky.

"Stop copying me!" The two snapped at each other.

I'm sorry I couldn't update the other day, my house was flooded and I learned that putting electronic equipment on the floor is a bad idea, so I took this old laptop to a repairman and forgot about it.
(actually I forgot about it on purpose so I could have an excuse for more day off to you all huhu)
