(Flashback one month earlier)
"Stan you have to stop Walker!"
Stan Edgar stood in front of a window overlooking the bustling city. He knew that as his plans continued, Allen was becoming more powerful, more monstrous.
"No need to"
"No need to?..." those were Stan Edgar's words, and they sent chills down Sister Sage's spine. Being a very cautious person, she would never let Allen gain more powers.
If it were up to her:
– She would have ordered all of the Compound V to be destroyed.
– She would have ordered the killing of all children and babies who had been administered Compound V.
– She would have disappeared all Supes with dangerous powers.
It might seem a harsh measure, but Compound V is uncontrollable; no one knows what kinds of powers might emerge from it. Many will be strange mutations or useless, but one never knows if the third, fourth, or fifth Homelander is already in some hospital crib. In fact, Ryan, Homelander's son, has the potential to be a Homelander.
But that doesn't matter; every Supe is just a meal for that monster; he's devouring power after power and becoming more terrifying.
Sister Sage could only come up with plans that had a fifty percent chance of success.
Sage looked at Stan Edgar's back, had this bastard just said it was okay for Allen Walker to gain more powers?
"Sage, are you ready?"
Sage gritted her teeth, "Yes... I have all the research on Compound V, every piece of information about every scientist, including Vogelbaum, in my head."
"And..."
"Yes, Stanford! I have a PhD in Genetics or Genomics, PhD in Biochemistry, PhD in Biotechnology, MD (Doctor of Medicine) and PhD in Pharmacology, PhD in Genetic Engineering, PhD in Nanotechnology, PhD in Immunology EVEN A Ph.D. IN BIOETHICS OR LAW IN BIOTECHNOLOGY WHICH WOULD SURELY BE USELESS!"
Sage did not believe in titles, but at Stan Edgar's request, he obtained all the knowledge and practice necessary to hold all those previous titles.
Sage finished shouting and looked at Stan in silence, "You want me to improve Compound V, right?"
Stan Edgar turned and looked at Sage with a calm gaze, "Sage, you feel inferior to me, but I assure you that you are the smartest person in the world... it's just that my mind works abnormally and sometimes comes up with very strange things..."
"I see, you're crazy..."
Stan laughed, surprising Sage because it was the first time he had done so. "Maybe..."
...
Sage kept quiet, and a month later, Stan Edgar held a vial with golden liquid in his hand. Sage watched, intrigued, as Stan Edgar handled the sample; it was the only one Sage had successfully created, almost a miracle even for her. She could have used it on herself to become the smartest being in the universe, but she didn't. She was curious.
For someone too intelligent, few things truly amaze her or deviate from her expectations. Stan Edgar was one of them, and so was Allen Walker.
Sage couldn't help wanting to see what kind of confrontation these two would have...
Sage looked at the golden liquid in Stan Edgar's hand, which she had named Compound Ω.
Would he give it to Homelander?
Would he use it on Soldier Boy?
Would he use it on himself or someone else?
Sage only knew one thing: whoever used Compound Ω would become an uncontrollable monster. Perhaps Sage had just handed the key to destroying the world to the most dangerous man in history.
(End of POV)
(A/N: No matter how I thought about it, it seems silly not to take advantage of the intelligence of someone like Sage...)
...
Allen's mind was paralyzed for a second as he tried to understand why Soldier Boy would suddenly appear.
Artoria – Allen!
Allen's mind snapped back to action; it didn't matter why he was there, he had to stop him.
Allen activated his eyes to steal Soldier Boy's power.
[Skill Acquired: super reflexes]
[Host, the ability to emit radiation is an artificial modification made by others, not a natural power of Soldier Boy, so...]
"It can't be stolen!"
The light on Soldier Boy's chest grew, aiming at Allen.
Allen used surface control and moved the ground beneath Soldier Boy as if it were a carpet.
"What the hell?!"
Soldier Boy fell backward, and the lethal beam was shot into the sky, causing people to scream and run. Crimson Countess screamed and started running. The fear felt by Crimson Countess surpassed Allen's invasive telepathy power.
"Tsk..."
Allen decided to prioritize Soldier Boy and left Annie and Kimiko to handle Crimson Countess.
Allen teleported and struck Soldier Boy just as he finished firing his beam. The ground beneath cracked, and the Soldier groaned in pain but immediately laughed.
"Haha, is that the best you got, kid?"
Allen took a step back, snapped his fingers, and called down lightning on Soldier Boy.
"Haha, you could work at a power plant with that, scrawny kid!"
Soldier Boy grabbed Allen's foot and threw him through a house, then got up, dusted off his clothes, and pulled out a cigarette.
"Let me help you, old man," Allen taunted.
The heat increased disproportionately, and the now-empty houses began to burn. Allen appeared in front of Soldier Boy with an arm covered in Golden Boy's thermonuclear power.
Soldier Boy widened his eyes before receiving the hardest punch of his life.
Soldier Boy was sent flying through several buildings before crashing into a statue of himself.
Allen appeared in front of Soldier Boy.
"Damn, who made this statue? I look like an idiot in that pose!"
Allen was surprised by Soldier Boy's resilience; while he was treated as an experiment and subjected to radiation and heat for decades, he shouldn't be so durable—he's even more so than Homelander in his base state.
Allen narrowed his eyes, 'Stan Edgar... but why?' Now, Allen was sure that Stan Edgar was involved with Soldier Boy.
Allen couldn't understand why Soldier Boy was here since Butcher had never sought him out; he could only have been released by Stan Edgar, which made no sense because Edgar had originally participated in the betrayal of Soldier Boy.
'Unless in this world Stan Edgar had never participated, or if he did, he left no trace of it...'
"Old man, why did Stan Edgar let you out?"
"Huh?! You know the bastard? I don't give a damn about his opinion; I do what I want!" Soldier Boy tore down his own statue and used it against Allen.
Allen extended his hand and stopped the statue.
"It just seems strange that you would trust him once more..."
"I only listened because he got me out of that hell!"
Soldier Boy was amazed by Allen's strength, he would never admit it, but it was even greater than his own.
"Just one more question, did you know Stan Edgar in the past?"
"Kid, you talk too much! Fights are with fists, and you don't stop until the other guy is on the ground with six broken ribs!"
Allen narrowed his eyes and used electromagnetic control to snatch the statue from Soldier Boy's hands and slammed it on him.
Soldier Boy is not known for following anyone, he never trusted Stan Edgar, and he investigated his comrades. But how could a guy who knows nothing about technology investigate someone? Well, simple, he asked one of his bedfellows to help him. And honestly, it wasn't hard; he just put their names in a search engine and it was easy to find information on everyone except Mindstorm.
Finally, Soldier Boy had to get rid of Sam, which was simple; he just used a lot of lubricant and cream, and let the magic make Sam want to be a thousand miles away.
Soldier Boy escaped and first visited Crimson Countess.
Allen was irritated, he thought Soldier Boy would remain locked up in a Russian bunker this time.
Soldier Boy complained from beneath the ground; due to his personality, he wouldn't show it, but the hits he was receiving did hurt. He hadn't expected the kid that Stan Edgar so feared to be so powerful.
"Sleep..."
Soldier Boy heard a voice whispering to him, that voice sounded so pleasant and convincing that he started to feel sleepy. Suddenly, he remembered Mindstorm and a rage like no other arose within him.
"I HATE TELEPATHS!"
His chest began to glow; this time, it wouldn't be a beam but an explosion.
Allen's hand burst through the ground, grabbed Soldier Boy by the neck, and flew toward the sky with the intent of leaving the atmosphere, but midway through, Soldier Boy released his power, generating a nuclear explosion. Allen let go of Soldier Boy.
...
The sky lit up as people were terrified, was this the start of World War III?
Major nations were on alert, a nuclear detonation in the USA would be the trigger for a world war. All military bases were on high alert, and even nuclear submarines started to move, all waiting for the president to declare war or announce that a nuclear plant had suffered a fatal accident...
Allen was in the sky with his clothes torn and burned, he was okay but couldn't find Soldier Boy, who could have fallen anywhere.
Allen decided to return to the ground and look for the girls. She was surprised to find Kimiko and Annie standing there with a look of disgust on their faces. The Crimson Countess was tied up, and a huge man covered in metal was lying on the ground with claw wounds and holes in his body.
It was Ironcrest. Allen frowned; he had heard this guy liked to drink the blood of sick children, and he was one of his main targets, but he hadn't been able to locate him after the bar incident, where Allen had severely injured him and sent him to a hospital.
"Allen, this guy came out of nowhere!" Annie said, annoyed and confused.
"Something wrong, Annie?" Allen asked, noticing her troubled expression.
"Allen, I felt like he wanted to kidnap me or Kimiko, not help Crimson Countess..."
Allen turned towards Ironcrest, first stripped him of his powers, then kicked him to wake him up.
[Skill Acquired: Iron Skin]
Ironcrest's body returned to normal, and his wounds started bleeding more and more. Allen kicked a wound on the man's stomach.
"Ahhh! It hurts!! It HURTS A LOT!!"
"Shut up..." Allen commanded, and the man fell silent, his eyes wide with a terrified look at Allen.
"Tell me what you were trying to do by targeting Annie and Kimiko..."
Allen implanted another idea into Ironcrest's mind, causing the man's eyes to dim and appear to fall into a trance.
"I was ordered to kidnap one of those girls, I don't know why, but if I didn't, I'd be finished..."
Allen fell silent as he pondered. Why would Soldier Boy appear out of nowhere? He knew Stan had released him, but Stan wouldn't gain anything by having them fight at this moment.
Felicia – Soldier Boy is the kind of lawless bastard who might have come of his own accord.
Aizen – It's more likely that Stan Edgar, seeing that he might lose Soldier Boy, tried to gain an advantage another way.
"That doesn't make sense; it would violate our agreement..."
Tony – Aren't you trusting Stan Edgar's words too much?
"Maybe... but if I had to guess, I'd say this move was made by someone else, and it could only be Sage."

(Vought Tower)
Homelander had been in such a good mood that he summoned The Deep for a special meal.
The Deep was excited to finally be recognized and didn't hesitate to doubt Homelander's intentions.
When he arrived, only Ashley was at the table with Homelander, and there was a banquet of seafood, which made The Deep uncomfortable.
"Sit down, I ordered something special for you!"
The Deep swallowed nervously as the chef placed a silver tray in front of him, opening it to reveal an octopus.
"Oh, it's Timothy!" The Deep was surprised and smiled unwittingly, not thinking about why this was happening.
Homelander laughed, "You know, Deep, my popularity is recovering..."
"That's great news!"
Homelander raised his hand to interrupt The Deep.
"That's why I want to avoid anything that might tarnish the reputation of The Seven..."
"..."
Homelander smiled, but his eyes were cold, "Eat that octopus..."
The Deep turned pale upon hearing Homelander's words; at the same time, he heard Timothy's pleas.
"I can't, he's my friend..."
"Eat him!"
Homelander's gaze made it clear—if The Deep didn't eat Timothy, Homelander would kill him.
The Deep picked up the chopsticks, grabbed Timothy, and brought him to his mouth, his eyes filled with tears as he heard Timothy's desperate screams.
The Deep put Timothy in his mouth and looked at Homelander, hoping for any trace of mercy, but there was only cruelty in Homelander's eyes. The Deep bit down while Timothy's screams echoed in his head. After a couple of attempts, The Deep swallowed him, ink leaking from his mouth.
Homelander stood up from his chair and positioned himself behind The Deep.
"Do you know why this happened?"
The Deep shook his head slightly...
"Because there are three billion women in the world, and you chose to f**k an octopus!!" Homelander smiled, "Next time it won't be something as simple as eating a raw octopus... understand?"
The Deep had a blank look as he nodded. Homelander patted his shoulder and prepared to leave.
Ashley also stood up and left.
The Deep ran to the bathroom to vomit, hoping for a miracle, but when Timothy came out, he was no longer moving... The Deep pounded the wall in frustration.
Weak, foolish, and cowardly... he had always carried those stigmas but had convinced himself they weren't true, yet he always ended up acting in such a manner.

In a young world where not even Goku's adventure had begun, Beerus, the god of destruction of universe seven, was in big trouble.
"Beerus, Zeno-sama is very interested in your adventure, so much so that he's willing to forgive you for abandoning your position as the God of Destruction."
In front of a kneeling Beerus stood the Daishinkai (Grand Priest), father of the angels and right-hand man to Zeno, King of All.
"I... I'm sorry!"
Beerus banged his head against the floor again and again.
"It doesn't matter~" the voice of a child made Beerus tremble; behind the Grand Priest stood a small child. With blue and purple head.
This being is the most important in this world, the creator of everything, its regent and guardian, akin to "The Presence" in DC or "TOAA" in Marvel.
Why does such an incredible presence have the appearance and mentality of a child?
If someone is omnipotent, why would they need to ask others for anything?
These are questions no one can answer.
One thing is certain, little Zeno had a request for Beerus.
Beerus trembled with fear, knowing that Zeno rarely asks anything of others, which meant his failure was likely to lead to his destruction, despite the title and power of the strongest God of Destruction being insignificant compared to his lord's omnipotence.
"Hey~ I want to meet him~ bring him to my world~"
Beerus turned pale, understanding what Zeno meant, yet the request seemed unrealistic considering he was unable to track Allen outside of this world.
"As you command!"
Beerus responded without hesitation or doubt, as Zeno's requests must be fulfilled without fail. With that mindset, Beerus agreed, even without knowing how he would accomplish it.
Whis, who had remained silent until now, stepped forward.
"Zeno-sama, Father, may I speak?"
The Grand Priest could anticipate what Whis was about to say, knowing that Zeno's request was irrational and beyond Beerus's reach.
"That's fine~," Zeno said curiously.
"I fear that 'searching and bringing' the human child is nearly impossible for Beerus-sama."
"Ehhh? That can't be..."
"However, I believe Zeno-sama's concern is unnecessary."
"Oh?!" Zeno's eyes lit up.
The Grand Priest narrowed his eyes, "What do you mean, Whis?"
"The young Allen will definitely come to this world!"
"..." The Grand Priest remained silent.
"Really?!" Zenon became excited.
"Hohoho, yes!"
Beerus and Whis returned to their universe with a tense aura.
"Beerus-sama can breathe now..."
"Ah! Whis, I'm screwed!"
"That's right, Beerus-sama, but be careful with the words you use..."
Beerus looked at the sky of his planet, thinking just like Whis that Allen would definitely come to their world, although they didn't know when. For someone like Beerus, waiting even a million years isn't an issue, but Zeno's patience has its limits.
"For now, we can do nothing... maybe I should visit Frieza, I heard he has an interesting race under his command... Hm?"
A screen appeared in front of Beerus; after reading the introduction, he exclaimed.
"Kid!"
Beerus had received an invitation to the live stream. However, this caused him to stop going to visit Frieza. It may seem like a simple action, but it caused a deviation of the timeline.
