Title: The Blackbeard Dilemma: Public Execution.
The Admiral's office at Marine G0 base.
Chi Tong, dressed in a Marine top and a white skirt, sat in Xilan's arms. Her snow-white jade legs were adorned with alluring stockings. Despite her experience with flattery, her heart still fluttered.
"Alright, you, trying to seduce an old man like me, just after I returned," Xilan playfully tapped her, earning a reproachful look from Chi tong.
(AN: Give me a name for this OC if you don't want this one, kinda Chinese smelling if you get what I mean... )
"Lord Xilan, Marshal Sengoku has called seven or eight times already."
"Who cares about him? Let's go, it's time to sleep."
In the evening, Xilan awoke from his slumber.
Well, not fully awake, but the incessant ringing of the main phone bug interrupted his rest.
"Is Sengoku in such a hurry?"
Xilan stretched lazily before leisurely answering the call.
"What took you so long? I've called you a dozen times, Xilan!"
Sengoku's voice growled loudly, filled with dissatisfaction.
Xilan cleared his ears and deliberately feigned weakness in his low, hoarse voice. "I apologize, Sengoku. I was injured and just returned to the base."
"Don't play tricks with me. With your combat prowess, how could you be unable to defeat Doflamingo?"
Sengoku asked coldly, "You didn't strike a deal with that man, did you?"
"My loyalty to the Marine shines like the sun and the moon. If you don't believe me, I can swear on my life..."
Xilan raised four fingers, but Sengoku scoffed. Oaths were all well and good, but they didn't eradicate the abundance of criminals in the world.
"Ah... It seems that I am growing old, never to return to my peak," Xilan sighed, his voice filled with melancholy.
Naturally, Sengoku didn't believe it. Just a few days ago, Xilan had captured Kaido alive, and now he failed to apprehend Doflamingo. It seemed that Xilan didn't exert himself enough because he didn't obtain the warships.
Considering Xilan's continued significance to the Marine, Sengoku compromised, "I have dispatched personnel to deliver the warships you requested—50 in total. The remaining weapons and ammunition will be sent in due course."
A smile crept across Xilan's face upon hearing this. He could have spared Sengoku the earlier play.
"By the way, have you heard about the Marine-like formation formed by the Beasts Pirates? Their warships, soldier uniforms, and weapons are identical to ours," Sengoku said gloomily. "There's a rotten apple within our ranks who sold all of the Marine's military supplies to Kaido."
Xilan immediately absolved himself of blame, "Sengoku, I possess some classified information about the situation in Wano Country. The warships in the possession of the Beasts Pirates have connections to certain influential figures on board."
Sengoku clenched his fist in secret but eventually let go.
He was well aware of this; the World Government and the Beasts Pirates had engaged in a dubious transaction, and even the Marine was implicated. Given the reliance on seastone resources produced in Wano Country, such transactions were inevitable.
Sengoku was merely throwing a stone to test the waters, nothing more than taking the opportunity to confront Xilan.
After chatting for a while, Xilan hung up the phone, content with the conversation.
The 50 warships, along with the various military supplies, had fetched billions of berries.

The Whitebeard Pirates of the New World.
On an unknown small island, warships were anchored along the shore.
There were at least a hundred warships, ranging in size from small to large.
This scale was nearly on par with Naval Headquarters.
Today, a momentous event was about to unfold.
The traitor who had killed Thatch, Blackbeard, had been captured by Whitebeard for a staggering sum of 2 billion berries.
Although the price seemed exorbitant, it was justified. After all, Blackbeard had issued a bounty of 0, and his actions, including killing Thatch and handing Ace over to the Marines, had nearly spelled doom for the Whitebeard Pirates.
In order to send a warning to others and to prevent further bloodshed among his sons, Whitebeard had decided to hold a special execution ceremony!
The execution platform stood tall and firm, and Blackbeard was on his knees, bound in chains.
Whitebeard stood beside him, a long knife in hand, prepared to personally end Blackbeard's life.
Below the execution platform, three chairs were occupied by Marco, Ace, and Jozu, respectively.
If Xilan were to witness this, he would undoubtedly remark, "It's a budget version of the Summit War," alluding to the execution of Ace by the Marines in the original story.
Surrounding the execution platform were thousands of pirates, all members of the Whitebeard Pirates.
"Brats!"
Whitebeard raised his arms and bellowed, his voice reverberating through the hall.
"Pops!!!"
The simple utterance of those words set the rhythm for the audience, the overwhelming sound seemingly unstoppable.
If Whitebeard were to be working at a nightclub, he would surely be a live DJ, and the boss wouldn't have to worry about making money.
"Today, I shall execute Teach, the traitor, and avenge Thatch!"
Whitebeard held a massive knife, emanating a bone-chilling coldness that sent shivers down everyone's spine.
"Execute Teach, avenge Thatch!"
"Revenge!"
"Revenge!"
The sons echoed in unison, their eyes fixed upon Blackbeard.
If looks could kill, he would have been reduced to dust.
Blackbeard scanned the crowd, a strange smile forming on his face. "Kill me? Are you trash even worthy?"
His eyes underwent a peculiar transformation, emitting a crimson demonic light.
"Those eyes..."
Whitebeard's heart skipped a beat. He had seen those eyes before.
They belonged to the man who could even make him tremble— Rocks D. Xebec!
