Invisible, Noland slipped through the door crack into Jay Spade's Study Room and cast "Mind Control" at close range on this somewhat elderly Light Wizard.

Noland's "Mind Control" had only 10% completeness, its power being 10% of the normal circumstance.

Under normal circumstances, he wouldn't be able to control Jay Spade, the Eighth-Circle Light Wizard.
