Capítulo 80: 80 Princess Daisy's Castle

Kayla's POV

I stood there, staring blankly at the now-ended phone call on the screen, feeling a wave of unease wash over me.

"Mom! It's time!" Daisy's childish voice interrupted my worry.

I hurriedly gathered the scattered documents, returned everything to its original state, and started searching for the spherical ornament of Teddy Bear decorations in the corner of the basement.

Fortunately, the basement was not very spacious, and I quickly found the bright little ball among the piles of clutter.

"Mom will be up in a moment."

I put the small ball into my pocket, and I went up the stairs back to the villa, resealing the basement hatch.

"Found it, your little ball. Here you go!"

I smiled and handed the ball to my daughter.

"Thank you, Mom!"

Daisy looked up and gave me a sweet smile.

"Mom, why are you packing again? Are you going on a business trip again? Can I come with you this time?"
