Capítulo 97: CHAPTER 97
Tony nodded " I know just somethings I find hard to talk to you about, including the next thing I want to tell you, That is why I asked John and Bill to be here to help me explain it" Tony's dad Looked at him then at the Boys before saying " Okay, what is it,?"
Tony looked at John who smiled and nodded " Sir, Ma'am I promised to help him explain what he is feeling as he is still figuring it out so he is scared at how you will react to it, so please keep that in mind," they both nodded "alright" John continued " Tony has found himself being attracted to people of the same sex and he was not sure how to deal with it"
Mr and Mrs McDonald were quite for a minute while digesting the information they just heard before looking at Tony and saying " Son, we love you no matter what, we are sorry if you felt you could not talk to us about it, but we are happy that you found someone to talk to"
His mum got up and gave him a hug she also came and gave John and Bill a Hug as well" Thank you for being there for him" John and Bill just replied " It is our pleasure ma'am" They talked for awhile before Johns phone rang . He answered it " Yes I am currently up in unit 311, alright we will see you soon.
Turning to everyone "Sorry about that, it is the owner of this apartment building, he is on the way up I hope you don't mind it shouldn't take long" Just after he finished talking there was a knock on the door Mrs Mcdonald got up to answer it. It was a man dressed in a suit " Is there a John Walker Jackson here" John stood up " Yes sir, I am here" Turning to Mrs Mcdonald " Ma'am can we use your table for a minute" she just nodded and led them into the Kitchen.
John and The Man sat down and went through all the paperwork it included everything from the ownership papers, to all the repair requests he had received over the past months. The man then stated it will cost 15 Billion dollars at the Building will be yours John read everything and signed everywhere that was needed . He then sent through the payment. John replied "The Money has been sent good doing business with you"
The Man just laughed and stood up to leave " The pleasure is mine, Good Luck "then he left. John walked back into the living room " It is done" Looking at everyone then at the McDonald's " I know this is none of my Business but what do you do for work?"
Tony answered "Dad lost his Job recently so he has been looking for one, Why" John nodded and said " Mr McDonald would you like to work for us?" Bill just smiled knowing what John was doing " That is a great idea." Mrs McDonald looked at them and asked " What do you mean, What job are you offering?"
John replied " I Just bought this apartment Building and we would like to know if you would be interested in managing it for us?" They all looked up " Really are you serious" The Boys just nodded " Yes, there is a lot of work to organize and a lot of repairs that need doing"
John continued " So what do you think?, you will get an excellent salary and your apartment is included of course so you won't need to pay that"
Mr McDonald got up off his Chair and Hugged John " Thank you I would love to" Mrs Mcdonald invited them to stay for dinner which they agreed. While they were waiting they went through everything that needed to be done. John also opened another account for Sunrise Apartments and put Mr McDonald down as a signatory for it.
John finished that and said " Alright this is the Banking information you can use this to pay for all the repairs, you are authorized to use it, we need to get everything fixed so we can get this place back up to standard," John also transferred 50 Billion into it to cover all the repairs and anything on going.
"I have put 50 Billion in there if you need more in the future just let me know." while they were talking Tony was Showing Bill around and they noticed the large empty block next door it had a few trees but that was it. Bill looked at it " I wonder if that is for sale" Tony looked out the window I think it is. It should be listed on the real estate site" Bill took out his phone and looked for it he found it eventually and smiled before he walked over to where John was sitting
" Hunny" showing John his Phone. John was reading it and smiled " That a good idea, that would be a perfect addition" The McDonald's were just looking at them as they seem to be having a conversion without saying anything.
Bill took his phone and called the agent " Sorry for calling so late but we are interested in the block for sale next to the sunrise apartments, Yes definitely okay thank you just hold a minute." He then Gave the Phone to John " Hello, Yes I can transfer the money over directly, okay perfect just email the paper work over I will sign it know.
10 minutes later John got and email with the Paperwork attached. He read through it and signed it and emailed it back and sent through the Money. A few minutes later his phone rang " Yes, you received it great thank you for your help this afternoon"
John hung up and Looked at Bill "All Done, we just have to arrange for some tools and seeds and things and it will be done" Bill just nodded " we can probably do that tomorrow, also a shed for storage "
The McDonald's were still looking at them " Sorry we just bought the Block next door, we thought it would be a great addition and turn it into a community Garden, all the tools and any seeds anyone would like will be stored in a shed on the property"
Mrs McDonald had just finished cooking dinner and was setting the table so everyone put their Paperwork away. While they were all eating Mrs McDonald said " A Community Garden sounds like a great idea especially when things cost so much no one will go hungry"
Bill Smiled at them before saying " We also own the Octennial League if anyone ever needs any extra help with anything just send them their and tell them they were referred by us and they will be looked after.
