Just then, the doctor suddenly looked at her. "That's right, I remember you. You're a family member of Lana Lewis, the patient in room 666. Her results have come out too."

He quickly entered the office next door, retrieved the diagnosis letter, and handed it to Molly.

When she saw the words "malignant tumor," her eyebrows furrowed, and her heart sank heavily.

Clutching the results, Molly walked toward Michael Gallagher's hospital room. He had already woken up, but his face looked pale.

"Give it to me. I can handle it," Michael said, seeing that diagnosis letter.

Though he was already aware of the results, reading the diagnosis letter left him silent for a long time.

Molly wanted to offer some comforting words, but she didn't know where to start.

Without experiencing someone else's suffering, it was hard to persuade them to feel better—especially when she had faced her own struggles.

"I'll be away for a while. Call me if you need anything," she finally said.
