Before either of them could reply her, Shikera heard a low whisper of her name from behind her.

"Miss Anderson? Oh my god! You are looking so good!"

While Maxwell and Skyler collectively sighed out loud, Shikera turned abruptly to see who it was that had called her, so she could guess why the person's presence was affecting her companions.

But seeing who it was not only increased her confusion, but also increased her curiosity. The woman who had called out to her, and was now walking towards her with a wide grin on the face, was Team leader Sterling, the team leader of the finance department when she and Cyprian joined months ago.

The woman had never answered her greeting with a smile on her face, not to talk of approaching her first. And with a wide grin?? Why was everyone acting strange today?

"Team leader," she greeted with a small bow just like she used to do, pasting a formal smile on her face.
