Capítulo 38: Blooming Seed
after hearing a snapping sound I was pulled to a different location, this place was the same as the place I met the Entity that sent me here.
the difference is there is a huge ball of light that's keep expanding, I don't know why it felt very familiar.
"We meet again."
from behind me I heard the voice of said Entity.
"it surprised me that you achieve this level in a short amount of time."
I turned my head and saw a vague figure walking towards me.
"you don't need to talk I know what you want to ask, after all I can still read your mind, you haven't grow powerful enough to block my mind reading."
I was nervous hearing that.
"I am not here to kill you, after all if I want to kill you, you won't even noticed it, and I am not that week to rely on you to gather resource, unlike other being who sent their goons to ravage the world they are sent to."
hearing his words I thought of other people who are transmigrated or reincarnated, it seems their ending is not that good.
"well I am her to congratulate you and finally said my goodbye."
'why is that?' I said.
"you have step into a level where you one day will become just like me."
"I and a group of others represent the side of a Guardian to say we will only watch over the development of the lower level world."
'then aren't your action violate the rule, sending me to another world and what not.'
"no, because we occasionally will send another world soul so they can help other world to progress."
"I never interfere in your choice or path."
'is that so, can you explain what happen to me?'
"worry not I will start now."
he then started to explain that ball in front is my soul, it is evolving, different from what other thought I won't change my race from a human, but think of it as a shackle was finally broken and allowing me to further unlock my growth, what evolved was not a simple evolution of species but a an evolution of the roots itself.
every living being soul was akin to a seed, now my soul are now growing to become a seedling of a tree, it may sound small but it is a leap in quality.
he said it was triggered when I absorb the Heavens feels into my body, since when he gave me a cheat of boosting my talents it finally acquire a suitable resource to grow, and my magic called Magia Erebea helps it in refining and absorbing as well assimilating it into my soul it finally it arrive at this situation.
"one day your soul will become a tree and then you will see that the higher world that exist out there."
'what should I do now.'
"easy, find more resource that will fit you." he then grab me and took me closer towards the ball of light, coming closer to it I saw a small sapling with a single leaf that was Dark colored in the middle of the ball of light.
"this small leaf is your magic Magia Erebea, it become a small rule, all you need is either to strengthen it or add another one to this tree, look at the two small leaf beside it, they are the prototype of the 4th and 3rd magic you acquire."
"for now it will be called magic but each of them is connected to a rule that build the very fabric of this world it self."
"in a certain sense when this sapling become a tree you can create a world with a single wave of hand."
'so the roots that all magus seeks is an Entity property?'
"no this root is formed naturally, it has no owner only natural defense mechanisms."
'you mean Gaia and Alaya.'
"only Gaia, Alaya is the defense for the race called human."
"like I said every living being has a root, it just for a world to have a living being it needs to grow until they become a tree."
"Gaia is the defense mechanisms so the world can continue existing, while Alaya makes sure the human race of this world won't get wipe out."
"other world has a different ruling race, this world is the human."
'it seems I heard a very important information.'
"well just keep it in your mind."
'so what level I am?'
"Embryo, we all called it that because just like a baby your tree is protected by this light shield, as long this tree stand you won't die."
"only someone of the same level or higher can kill or injure you."
'then what level is Gaia and Alaya.'
"they are different, they wont attack you, since if you mature you will feedback to both the world and the human race."
"think of it as the world and the collective will of the human race is nurturing you."
'what about you?, what will you gain?'
"an ally to join our cause, I do not seek to guide or rule, but to watch over the lower realm."
"some wish to enslave the lower realm to boost their strength, some wish to rally and use them as soldiers to do their bidding."
'why do you want to become the third party in their war?'
"I am once a victim of their war, I lost my comrade, family, and friends, even loved ones because of them, I took revenge I burn, kill, slaughter all the culprit, now all who know me fear and respect me."
"but it didn't stop the conflict, and I gain nothing from it."
'then why don't you resurrect those you've lost.'
he explain he is too late to do that, the moment he achieve such strength those that he seeks to resurrect are now long gone and left no trace.
he now sit on top of a lonely throne, so he decide to find someone to inherit his everything and then perish.
'so what will you do?'
"nothing this is a goodbye, we will meet again when you arrive at the highest realm where my true body reside, I hope to see you succeed and to hope you will not fall into the same fate as me."
after saying that he disappear and slowly I was pulled towards the center of the ball of light.
arriving at the center I fill like I was home, I feel warmth and love from it, akin to a mother embrace.
I closed my eyes and slowly drifted into sleep.
