Capítulo 53: a gift from a naughty Angel

At 2 p.m., Downtown San Diego...

Charlie immediately got out of the car when he arrived at the courtyard of his mansion. He approached a bodyguard who was standing guard at the door.

"Hans, is she here?" he asked.

"Yes, Sir... Since an hour ago." The bodyguard named Hans nodded.

Charlie immediately walked into the mansion, towards Angelica's room, taking off his jacket and throwing it on the sofa.

"Master..." Renee looked worried.

Charlie failed to open the door to Angelica's room and turned to Renee.

"What?"

"She... She's in your room," said Renee nervously.

Charlie immediately glanced upstairs.

"But don't come in now!" Renee exclaimed in a low voice, then dared to take Charlie's hand, pulling him towards the back of the stairs so he couldn't be seen from upstairs.

Charlie looked at Renee strangely. "What is it? I have to meet her immediately!"
