Using his authority as a Prince of the clan, he went down and easily conquered a universe which he promptly transferred to his soul dimension or as some say, his inner world.

The next step after that was simple and one he didn't think would pose any problem; cut the universe off from the main timeline of existence and allow it to form its own time continuum under his guidance and control.

To him this would've been the easiest and quickest part of his entire plan but alas, as he'd come to learn, the Heavens worked in mysterious ways.
