She spoke in Chinese.

After finishing, she shakily reached out her hand. Just as her hand was about to touch Irvin Sharman, he pushed her away.

Immediately, he lay on his side and silently looked inwards towards the bed.

Undisturbed by being pushed away, the woman reached out again, tearing open his clothes to reveal the horrifying whip marks crisscrossing his back.

The whip marks intersected, with the skin around the wounds turned inside out, looking extremely painful.
