Fushiguro Megumi looked at the finger that Yuji Itadori had just eaten. It was known as the Special-Grade Object: Sukuna Finger, belonging to an ancient demon who could reincarnate if someone could swallow his finger and survive.
*SPLAT*
"Oh no..." The sight was possibly the worst situation, the 1 in a million case happened, standing there covered, with mysterious black tattoos (Only visible to the reader.) and wearing the face of Yuji Itadori, turned to look at Megumi, his pale red eyes seemed to radiate arrogance.
RYOMEN SUKUNA HAS BEEN REVIVED
-7.34 Second Beforehand-
...
The scene seemed far too beautiful to be real, a Japanese-style house, overlooking a mountain ridge, with the seemingly infinite petals of a sakura blossom tree turning it into my ideal PFP.
"Oh, seems Kenjaku was telling the truth..." A man in a white kimono with black lining suddenly appeared. "...But, for the sake of my resurrection, I'll allow you about 134 seconds of living, now do tell." The man took a seat on the stool, his legs crossed, showing no respect.
Opposite to him, was a near-identical teen, however, his face was more immature and his eyes were a lighter red, he poured a bottle of pink juice into a cup and gave a soft smile. "Want some? It's my mix of pink crush and sake, tastes pretty nice, not very alcoholic though."
The silence was a clear answer, "Ah well, not like you'd care, still it's not poisoned or anything, though it wouldn't matter to you."
There was honestly, nothing about this one, compared to the others, whatever he'd wanted or was planning to do was merely pre-game entertainment, so I might as well, indulge. "Are you done? Shall we get to the real reason you're here?"
The opposite stared directly at him, "Am I truly that unimportant, Ryomen?" The voice seemed to lose all previous friendlessness and was completely cold.
Sukuna raised his hand, to simply remove the problem, but suddenly stopped. "...tch, couldn't you stay dead?" Sukuna then took a cup, savoring the taste.
...
Without even a glance at Megumi, Sukuna raised his hand, his wicked grin widening. The curses around him didn't stand a chance. With a single swipe of his hand, the air crackled, and the curses were obliterated in an instant—ripped apart as though they were mere insects. Their grotesque forms disintegrated into nothingness, leaving behind only silence and the echo of Sukuna's malevolent laughter.
Megumi stared in horror, his hands shaking. This isn't just any curse, he realized. This is Sukuna. The worst-case scenario. He's been reincarnated.
Sukuna stretched his limbs, reveling in the feeling of being alive once more. His lips curled into a savage grin, his voice dark and dripping with sadistic glee. "Ahh... finally," he purred, his eyes gleaming with a hunger for destruction. "At last, I've returned to this world. It's been so long..." His gaze swept over the space where the curses had been moments before, and then his smile widened.
"Now," Sukuna said, his voice growing more sinister and his face downright psychotic, "where are the people? The Women and Children?! Ah, such a beautiful age, people everywhere, wriggling like maggots, it'll be a slaughter!."
His bloodlust was palpable, his desire to massacre everyone in sight clear. The sheer intensity of his presence made the air feel heavy, almost suffocating. Megumi's heart pounded in his chest as he watched Sukuna—no longer Yuji—take a step forward, clearly relishing the thought of spilling blood.
But suddenly, something shifted. Sukuna's grin faltered for the briefest second, and his movements grew stiff. His eyes narrowed, his head tilting slightly as if listening to a voice only he could hear. Then, with a low, guttural growl, Sukuna spat out, "Damn brat! INot another one..."
From the outside, Megumi watched the internal struggle, his sharp gaze picking up on the subtle shifts in Sukuna's posture—the faint hesitation, the flash of Yuji's personality trying to break through. But Megumi knew better than to wait. Sukuna was too dangerous, too unpredictable.
"I can't take any chances," Megumi muttered, his voice cold with resolve. He reached into his coat and pulled out a set of talismans, preparing for what needed to be done. "Yuji Itadori is now a curse—a vessel for Sukuna. I have to exorcise him, here and now."
His hands tightened around the talismans as he took a step forward. He knew the danger—knew that Yuji had only seconds of control left before Sukuna took over completely. If Sukuna regained full control, there would be no stopping him. The world would bleed.
Megumi's eyes hardened. "I'll exorcise you, Yuji Itadori. I can't let Sukuna walk this earth again."
