The office had soon become a chamber of stillness and for the time being, it seemed as if both Wesley and Andrew were lost in their thoughts.

Yeah, that actually was it as the Croxxed X team who had come in to report had left. Now the weight of the new information they had just learned beared down.

Wesley's hand reached for his phone on the table before him and his slender fingers wrapped around it to pick it up. He wanted to check and probably delve into the depths of the email the Croxxed X team had sent regarding Cindy Auston.

Not like he is in any way interested in any aspect of her life, but he needs to learn a few things during this investigation in which his main aim aside from rescuing Sarah and dealing with the prime minister is helping out Daisy Louis; the woman who had unknowingly caught his attention and even he is still in denial of.

After all, he isn't one to first be interested in a woman.
