The information was the complete file on Charles and his agency that Barbara had passed on to Coulson.
"Secretary Pierce, the Hand that we were planning to acquire was completely wiped out by Charles and his people."

"So we don't need to absorb them. We just need to give them some of the tasks we need to accomplish as commissions."
Upon hearing his assistant's analysis, Pierce chuckled and then confirmed, "They really will pick any tasks?"
Sitwell recalled all the information on the Charles Agency and then said, "Based on the information we have, they don't turn down any tasks."
"Whether it's destroying the Assassin's Brotherhood, annihilating the Hand, finding Tony Stark, or even some smaller, more bizarre tasks, their agency has never refused and has maintained a 100% completion rate."
