Capítulo 16: Alice (Part 2)

The Elven King lowered his gaze, and smiling. "As you wish... after all, you're a regular visitor at Hall of Heroes."

Alice also smiled. "If this world had no evil... it'd be quite boring. Well then, I'll take my leave."

Upon hearing this, Ilodyer tugged at the Elven King's clothes, prompting him to lift him up. "Wait, Alice, Ilodyer wants to accompany you."

"Oh?" Alice turned, standing on tiptoes to peer at Ilodyer in the Elven King's arms.

"Alright, come with me. I'll show you my mount."

As the evening sunset cast its glow, Ilodyer lay on the bed, her mind still filled with the image of the mount Alice showed to him—a legendary dragon. Not an Eastern dragon, but the Western Dragon.

Such a noble and ancient creature. It lay there quietly, its body almost entirely covered in tear-shaped scales reflecting the traces left by time. It lounged, paying no heed to the Elven King or Ilodyer.
