Diego sat besides Micheal, his father and for someone whose mother was about to be persecuted in court, he didn't look like he was angry, or unhappy. Rather, that smirk that has been on his face since his altercation with Marissa has been there, and once in a while he would glance at her way.

Marisa didn't tell Giovanni about what he did, not that she wasn't actually pushed to tell him. But she knew that Giovanni wouldn't waste any time to beat him black and blue, that's why she hasn't said anything yet.
