In the Magus Realm, above the expansive sea and facing the floating city Aqua, a congregation of Dark Hand floating cities formed a spectacular display of arcane might. While the Arcane Hand proved indispensable to the Dominion with its mastery of magical technology, the Dark Hand aimed to present itself as a valuable ally and a formidable threat not to be trifled with.

Each Dark Hand floating city shared an identical layout, size, and shape, unmistakably marking them as part of the same faction—resembling an organized army uniformed in matching armor and wielding identical weapons. The unimaginable feat of maintaining such uniformity in manpower and resources spoke volumes about the Dark Hand's capabilities as an organization.
