Capítulo 265: Boom Boom Family(3)
A few hours later, "Hifumi! We need to stop! If we keep going our horses are going to collapse from exhaustion!" Johnny said to me letting me look over my shoulder into the distance.
"….. Alright! Let's ease up our horses then, once we get around this bend we can set up our camp for the night." I say as I don't feel the Boom Boom Family anywhere nearby.
Hearing that we all began to slow down and allowing our tired horses to catch their breath but then-
"Wha-" "Huh-"
I turned to hear both Johnny and Gyro muttering something making me turn to see them jump off their horses but instead of looking like they jumped off their horses they were being pulled back by something.
"Johnny! Gyro! What the hell are you two doing?" I said looking back at them but they looked completely confused as to what was happening while I got off my horse.
"Stocking, take the horses a ways from here and keep a watch on us from a distance." I say to which she nods and leads the horses away.
I look at Gyro and Johnny as I could see them both begin to slowly be pulled away from me, "Shit! Hifumi! What the hell is happening to us?" Gyro asked as he was completely confused as to what was happening while I reached out and took both his and Johnny's hands.
I gritted my teeth while forcing my Spiral power through them to act as a counter force to see if I could hold them still, though I noticed the small bits of blood that had gotten on both of their hats.
"Damnit! Johnny! Gyro! You both got blood on you hats! Remember what Ben said about needing to touch André? That fucker shot a bunch of times at us but I realized he must have shot through the hole I opened up in his sons gut to cover his bullets in blood and the blood got on you guys!" I said with my feet planted in the ground not letting me move at all while I could feel them both being dragged along.
"Shit! What are we supposed to do now!" Johnny couldn't help but say as he was now levitating off the ground as if he was hanging off the edge of a building.
"We got even bigger problems than this! Someone is approaching and crazy fast!" Gyro said making me look up to see someone not of the Boom Boom Family.
"Mountain Tim? What the fuck is he doing here? Wait, hold on I might know what this power that those Boom Boom's have!" I said to the both of them as Mountain Tim is approaching crazy fast, to fast for someone on horseback and seemed more like a speeding car.
"It must be something like magnets or attraction and the like, and the pull must increase with more people that are attracted to each other and if my guess is right then it's with threes, three people that have touched or been touched by him and anything of his makes everyone attracted to each other! It's not effecting me since I didn't touch him and only you guys did only you three are attracted to each other! And we got to do something to make him stop or else worse case is you guys come in contact and rip yourselves apart!" I said giving them my thoughts on the Boom Boom family's power.
"Gyro! You got to get him off his horse!" Johnny called out to which Gyro agreed and pulled out his Steel Ball as it began to spin before he launched it.
He didn't hit Mountain Tim directly but aimed at a rock face nearby which sent rocks flying into him and knocking him off his horse, but even though he was knocked off his horse his body was still being pulled towards the three of us.
"Fuck! It's no use Gyro! He's still gonna crash into us!" Johnny couldn't help but shout out and that was true until
*Whip! Crack! Tighten!*
Suddenly Mountain Tim untied his body before it suddenly became like a rope that then connected to the nearby rock face before pulling his rope like body up and away from the three of us.
"Well then Gyro Zeppeli, Johnny Joestar and one Hifumi Yamada, would you three mind telling me what's going on?" He asked us while pulling himself up and away from the three of us.
And so since he was in the same situation as us we went onto explain what was going on, "The Boom Boom Family huh? Well then one of them must have been the ones who attacked me earlier, though he decided to look like Johnny Joestar when he attacked me, though looking back at it I should have noticed what was wrong about a man who can't stand being able to run." He said before steadying himself and pulling himself further away from us and letting me force the Spiral power out and around us allowing the pull to stop affecting them and letting them land on the ground.
"Hifumi, is this what you meant by curses? I mean I knew some weird shit was going on but this is insane! He turned his body into a literal rope!" Johnny couldn't help but ask me to which I nodded.
"These curses that people of the devils palm go through are the embodiment of their spirit, it can be anything, turning yourself into a rope, magnetizing people to metal and other objects, or in mine where I deal in both luck and probability calculations." I said as I let fortunate son appear behind me allowing them to see him before he returned to my body.
"Curses isn't a wrong statement to call them but I prefer to call them Stands as they will always Stand beside us and will never betray us in our future endeavors." Mountain Tim said as he gave them real names.
"Stands huh? Well it's better than just calling them curses huh, but the fact still stands that we need to deal with the Boom Boom Family as those assholes need to be somewhere nearby, Fortunate Son! Show me the way!" I said calling out to my stand who appears behind me before pointing towards the opposite rock face to the current one.
"They are their, on the opposite side of that ridge and more than 500 feet away." He told me as I reinforced the ground with what I had of Spiral energy that could only keep a safety area around Gyro and Johnny to counter act the force making them magnetic.
I can now safely pull out my rifle before the spiral power began to slightly appear around it, "Damn, if I wasn't crippled right now I could take the shot and kill all three of them, as I am now what are my chances of hitting them from here?"
"With me and your Spiral Powers, only 63% but if Gyro Zeppeli was willing to help you then the chances are 100% if he launches his Steel Balls at a 60 degree angle towards that rock face while you take your shots needed to take them down at his Steel Balls as a result." He said making me smirk.
"Say Gyro, interested in making the worlds most impossible shot?" I said while looking at the now standing Gyro who revealed his golden grills while his Steel Balls began to spin in his hands.
"Sure enough, I would like to get back at those bastards who tried to get us killed!" He said before launching both of his Steel Balls as I took my aim while using all the Spiral Enegy I could muster into my gun before I took my shots.
*BANG! BANG! BANG!*
The shots rang out in rapid succession before they ricocheted off of Gyro's Steel Balls before they gained both Spiral and Spin energy with each bounce before changing Trajectory and aiming down towards the ridge overlooking us and hitting their marks.
"That Stand of yours will let you go places Mr.Yamada, and you must have hit your mark as I don't feel the pull on my body any longer." He said turning his body back to normal.
"Uhh guys, wh-what is this?" I heard Johnny mutter making us look down at him as we saw his fingernails begin to suddenly spin.
