Capítulo 36: Melting Into Each Other

The sound of Damien's low, raspy voice and his mad but desperate glare sent shivers down Rosalie's spine. She swallowed the hard lump stuck inside her throat in an attempt to ease her growing anxiety, and took another deep breath, her hands starting to shake as well.

"Alright... Everything is going to be fine, Your Grace, I will help you, don't worry."

With another deep breath filling up her lungs, the girl then leaned over and covered the duke's lips with hers, swallowing them whole, and engaging them in a rather passionate kiss.

Startled at first, Damien rounded his eyes, but soon felt something intoxicatingly sweet seeping through his lips as if someone was pouring flower nectar directly into his mouth, while his burning lungs responded to a familiar pleasant aroma that made its way into his body through his nose.
