Capítulo 24: Acreus
As Brook neared the ship of the Rhino pirates, he could see a pretty-faced guy, standing in the ship.
Though his face looked pretty and child-like his body was bulked up, It was Acreus.
If he had to describe it somehow, it would be like the head of Tetsuya Kuroko in the body of White Beard
Although he looked a bit funny, it was nothing much, just a normal healthy teenager in the one-piece world, as good as any, Brook mused.
On the other hand, Bolton was; well pretty much the same, other than gaining some muscles and a long facial beard and hair.
The two ships approached each other, and both Acreus and Bolton jumped aboard the new ship.
While Bolton stood around 5ft 9 inches tall, Acreus was already 6ft 4inches inches tall.
The kid had grown like a tree, already surpassed Bolton in height, but still looked a bit small in front of Brook who coherently looked 9ft 9 inches with his ice armor.
As they landed on the ship, Brook told them, They will be going to water seven first, to sell the ship of the rhino pirates.
Well, normally there would be hard to find a specific island using the log pose, but Brook had already gathered a few log poses and tried it out already.
After the rhino pirates came, he realized there were often pirate ships who ventured into his observation haki range. Some of the time when he went to check them out, they would have a log poss.
Whereas the pirates of those crew were frozen and used to test out his powers in the basement.
The two members of the ship didn't notice this because when hunting pirated Brook
normally came back with sea kings.
As the recently arrived duo was busy observing the new ship. Brook told Bolton to take charge of the ship.
Brook once again shouted at the crew behind him "This guy over here Bolton will be the one in charge of the ship, so follow all his orders from now on, understood maggots"
All of those aboard shouted in response
"aye aye captain"
Having dealt with that, he called Acreus to talk with him.
During the previous six years, his relationship with the kid had improved significantly.
Currently, Acreus was 14 years old, during his first encounter with the kid on the ship, He mostly acted a bit ignorant and arrogant.
When he was on the ship of rhino pirates he noticed the kid's glare, which was a bit different from others.
Felling amused Brook decided to check something, he asked a question to everyone in the cage.
He first gathered all the members of the frozen rhino pirates excluding the captives, Brook stood in front of the cage, and spoke in a grand tone, looking towards the cage,
"Hellow humans! I am a soul reaper who collects evil souls as sacrifices for hell, but I fell short by one....so, you see...I need an extra person"
"YOHOHOHO"
"So, you can either choose the evilest person among yourself and or the evilest person can self-volunteer."
After Brook said this everyone started looking at one another, eventually all eyes darted toward a boy staying alone, around 8 yrs old, with blue hair and a slightly bigger build than an average child.
The boy felt the gazes and clenched his lips with watery eyes.
Everyone seemed to have made a decision, but before everyone could utter a word the boy stood up and volunteered.
Then Brook went and touched the bar freezing it in the process. After that, with a swift strike, he scattered the ice.
After that, Brook dragged the kid outside.
Brook looked at the kid and asked, "Wanna see hell first before you go there."
The kid could only utter a word
"Huh!"
Then, he was raised by his arm, facing the rear of the deck.
Held up like Simba the child tried to struggle free, but before he could, he heard Brooks's voice
"you see it now"
This time the boy answered "Umm, I don't think so"
Then Brook once again spoke, "Don't worry you will see it soon"
After uttering those words Brook bought his hand back, and threw the child in a projectile motion.
The child was shocked initially but he started to fall after a while and started to panic and scream.
Thinking he was finally going to see hell as all he could see was white fog, he closed his eyes.
But before he could fall for long he was caught by something, looking beside him the child saw the familiar skeleton.
Before he could say anything due to the shock, he was bought to a ship.
Then the skeleton told "Welcome to hell kid", looking at the ship the kid didn't quite understand the words. But in the imminent future, he was sure to realize why it was called hell.
Brook then bought the fainted Bolton along with everything useful, after that, he left the remaining captives alone on the ship.
