Capítulo 107: Chapter 107: Coincidence

"If you don't mind, would you like to discuss the matter over a cup of tea?"

Aubrey's English literature professor asked one Friday night after class. The past Aubrey would have immediately said no. Why would she discuss her private matter with a random stranger? She had Ricky, Beverly, and Grandma Bella to talk to. Plus, there's Rhyland for matters regarding werewolves and the faeries. Aubrey had a stable support system. But now without Rhyland, she suddenly felt alone. She knew she still had her friends but the person whom she wanted to speak to was no longer there.

It also seemed that he couldn't get away from her fast enough. This morning, Aubrey had read from the university forum that Natasha and Rhyland would be going to the United States for a month's study abroad program. Aubrey was gutted. Right now, they were broken up but at least she was still able to see him in Chemistry class during which Rhyland appeared normal like he had already moved on.
