Capítulo 183: Chapter 183

"To deal with this guy, there is no need for Konoha's Hokage to jump into action, not in the slightest," Naruto declared with determination.

"Grandma Tsunade, Kakashi sensei," Naruto acknowledged, his eyes locked onto them.

"Go and take some break, and have some tea," Naruto's voice resonated, reassuring his comrades.

As he continued, "Leave this fight to me."

In this moment, Tsunade and Kakashi, along with others, witnessed the unwavering resolve in Naruto.

Their doubts diminish in the face of Naruto's unwavering determination.

Tsunade couldn't help but see the appearances of the Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato, and Jiraiya, one of the Sannin, standing behind Naruto, just as he faced Pain.

It was almost as if she could see the spirits of Minato, and Jiraiya, standing behind Naruto.

A meaningful exchange of glances passed between Tsunade and Kakashi.

Naruto's plea made sense. They shared a collective agreement to entrust the battle to him.

Their confidence stemmed from their prior experience in defeating Pain, as well as their unwavering trust in Naruto ability.

They knew, deep down, that they had the experience and determination needed to take Pain down.

Tsunade, despite her position as Hokage, wasn't renowned for her combat prowess.

She recognized the impracticality of joining the battle directly as she needed to remain focused on controlling Katsuyu to tend to the wounded in Konoha Village, and her combat abilities weren't ideally suited for this particular battle.

As for the other Anbu ninjas, while formidable, their strength was insufficient for a confrontation of this magnitude.

They knew that their strength may fall short for this battle. So, they understood the need for a different approach.

Kakashi, however, was the exception. He was a ninja of immense skill and was certainly capable of contributing to the fight.

However, he knew that his chakra reserves were insufficient to take a central role.

So he knew that his abilities were well-suited for such a battle, though primarily in a support capacity.

In a direct battle, he knew he'd be outmatched, especially when fighting together with Naruto to deal with Pain, who wielded astonishing chakra levels.

His Chakra reserves, while substantial, were still dwarfed by the extraordinary Chakra levels of Naruto and Pain, the central figures in this clash.

Kakashi knew he'd need to use his Chakra significantly if he were to take a more direct role, utilizing his Mangekyō Sharingan and tactical intelligence to full effect.

For now, a vigilant stance was the wisest course of action.

Tsunade, her gaze fixed on Naruto's resolute figure, who stood tall before them, took a deep breath and responded.

"Alright, Naruto. I agree with you but in that case take Katsuyu with you; she would be able to provide valuable information about the enemy."

At this point, the battleground of ninja warfare remained, at its core, an ongoing struggle for information.

Having a clear understanding of the enemy's abilities and tactics granted a distinct advantage, making it significantly easier to deal with them.

In some fortunate instances, these insights led to the discovery of a weakness, potentially enabling one to vanquish the enemy in a single, decisive stroke.

Sometimes, it only takes finding a single chink in their armor to bring down the foe in one decisive move.

Even for powerful individuals like Naruto and Pain, renowned for their remarkable resilience, the significance of this information warfare couldn't be underestimated.

In the grand scheme of things, it may not hold the same weight for them as it does for other ninjas, but it is a valuable asset that cannot be ignored.

It remained a vital insight that they would never reject.

With a solemn expression, Toad Sage Fukasaku entrusted a small Katsuyu into Naruto's arms.

Ever since he'd received the heartbreaking news of Jiraiya's demise, Naruto had been steadfastly battling to contain his emotions.

He had been making a conscious effort to keep his emotions in check.

He understood that maintaining a positive and forward-looking demeanor was the best way to honor the trust placed in him by his friends and teachers.

Death, Naruto firmly believed, didn't mark the end of a person.

As long as one's indomitable will was passed on, their spirit would remain unyielding, it lived on, immortal.

It was a truth deeply ingrained in the essence of Konoha Village, embodied in the saying.

"When the tree leaves dance, one shall find flames. The fire's shadow will illuminate the village, and once again, tree leaves shall bud anew."

While others might weep and cry out in anguish, Naruto was no ordinary individual.

He did not dwell in pain for an extended period, as that wasn't his ninja way.

Instead, his aim was clear: to bear the convictions, spirits, and expectations of everyone who believed in him and move forward relentlessly.

In time, he would be a true Hokage, a beacon of hope for all.

The vibrant red and black robes, along with the ninja belts, swayed gracefully in the breeze as Naruto's gaze gradually transformed into one of unwavering determination.

Yet, alongside his newfound resolve, beneath everything, an undercurrent of profound sorrow lingered within him.

Refusing to be submerged in grief and not surrendering to it didn't mean that Naruto didn't feel anger.

He was fully aware that if it hadn't been for Carnes's timely intervention, Kakashi and numerous villagers would have been dead, and Konoha Village would have been destroyed.

If he hadn't helped them, the outcome would have been vastly different.

Naruto found himself in the midst of everything, and the intensity of his emotions was about to reach unprecedented heights that threatened to engulf everything in its path.

Deva Path, who was always calm and had an attitude of indifference, however, remained unfazed by Naruto's growing anger.

He had already experienced the excruciating pain of losing a loved one.

To him, Naruto's so-called pain wasn't at the same level as his, for him they were akin to child's play.

He didn't feel Naruto struggles, for him Naruto was a kid brought up in a protective environment, completely different from him.

As his eyes settled on Naruto, he didn't see a young, yet already powerful ninja.

Instead, all he could see was the Nine Tails, the monstrous beast lurking within the boy.

Deva Path spoke with an unchanging expression, his words deliberate.

"Since you've willingly presented yourself, it's quite convenient.

Now, I won't have to expend any more effort searching for you. It saves me the trouble and time."

In sync with his words, Deva Path descended.

Asura Path, positioned to his left, executed a surprise attack, moving like a saw-toothed blade through the heavens.

It rocketed through the sky and instantly appeared before Naruto with astonishing speed.

As the impending attack drew near, Naruto remained calm, as immovable as a mountain.

However, in the very next moment, he unleashed a powerful counterattack, smashing the Asura Path into the ground with a single punch that left a deep crater into the ground.

Asura Path was sent plummeting to the earth.

With this furious strike, Naruto's pent-up anger erupted like a volcano. His voice thundered as he exclaimed.

"I should've told you this, Pain!"

"I've been searching for you..."

"For a long, long time!"

Deva Path couldn't conceal his surprise, as he hadn't anticipated this turn of events.

He was taken aback by the astonishing explosive strength displayed by a ninja of Naruto's age, though he didn't let the surprise linger too long.

After all, Naruto was the host of the Nine Tails, making it natural for him to surpass peers of the same age.

It was at this point that the Animal Path decided to make a move, snorting as he shouted.

"Summoning Jutsu!"

A dense cloud of smoke erupted and enveloped the area, from its depths emerged a giant rhino that was summoned forth to confront the unexpected rage of Naruto.
