Capítulo 77: Passive observer

The duo seemed to decline without even knowing what it was that Aramin was going to ask.

They must have known him well enough to know that after five years of no contact, him bringing alcohol was only due to needing a favor.

Aramin could only stare at the duo in silence with uncharacteristically large eyes.

"Don't look at us like that," the woman spoke.

"Yeah it's practically written all over your face that you want somethin'."

The duo were in complete synchrony as they spoke to Aramin, which pained him ever so slightly.

"That and the fact you just gave this idiot alcohol," the woman spoke while pointing at the man sitting down in front of her.

"We all know how much you hate the stuff and how much you hate the fact he drinks it." 

To this, Aramin could only chuckle. This man and woman duo knew him too well; however, this didn't mean he wouldn't continue to press the matter.
